The property has a 2 king master suites ,1 queen bedroom then we have 3 rooms each with 2 twin beds, taking the count to 12 guests sleeping in bedrooms. All new bedding and towels.

The living area has been refurbished with sectional sofa, large TV unit with a view of the pool thru a sliding door. ( pool has safety fence). Free wifi.

The kitchen is well stocked for all meal preparation, has an easy flow design with large central island accommodating .

There is a large separate formal dinging area that seats 8 and a second living area furnished with sofas - a nice area to relax and unwind, if some of your group needs some down time.

There is a 1/2 bathroom for all to use thru the day on this lower level.

The main master has a king bed is spacious and Is ensuite. It is the only bedroom on the entry level - the bathroom has a walk in shower, corner tub, and vanity. The master walk in closet is spacious
The stairway takes you to 5 more bedrooms, 3 bathrooms . An open balcony allows you to look down on the central living area and kitchen
The house has a large sized washer and dryer, under AC.

The garage is a games room - air hockey and foosball table

The drive way can take 4 cars, and the resort allows parking on the street.

Emerald Island Resort has a community club house available to all our guests- enjoy the resort pool and spa, tiki bar that is pool side, fitness center, video games room,and indoor meeting areas.

The TWO kids play and community pool, are popular, along with a volley ball court and tennis courts.There is a lovely wooded nature trail for a relaxed walk to start or end your day.
