The agriturismo is in a rural area between Umbria and Tuscany and is 1.5km from Umbertide, near Perugia, Gubbio (25km), Cortona (35km) and Assisi (40km).

Of the total of 50 hectares of the agricultural enterprise, the majority is dedicated exclusively to wine cultivation. The rest is used for crops and a small section for fruit and vegetables. Some of the former farmhouses have been completely renovated and divided into inviting and tastefully furnished holiday apartments. The special feature is the beauty of the houses built in a typical Umbrian style, laid with clay tiles, with stone and exposed wooden beams.

The apartments have a big garden and an outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the hilly landscape with its vineyards, olive trees, sunflowers and forests.
