This holiday house is a detached annex on the site and is all at ground level. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a holiday apartment of ca. 72m² with modern furnishing, which meets high standards for a comfortable holiday. The living space comprises two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (120 x 200cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. In front of the beds there are spacious wardrobes with mirrors on the doors and ample storage space for your luggage. A fifth person can sleep on a single bed in a separate room. The centrepiece of the apartment is the 30m² living and sleeping room and the kitchen with an integrated, comfortable dining space. You can relax on the pull-out sofa after a day trip with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a USB port providing entertainment. A crackling fire in the fireplace stove exudes pleasant warmth and a cosy atmosphere during the cold season. The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people (194 x 235cm). The open kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with five comfortable swivel chairs. The bathroom provides a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC, a towel radiator and a window. The apartment has pleasant under-floor heating.

The living space comprises an extra room with a single bed (120 x 200cm), two bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. In front of the double bed there is a spacious wardrobe with mirrors on the doors and ample storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the 25m² living room - bedroom and the kitchen unit with an integrated comfortable dining space. You can relax on the pull-out sofa after a day trip, with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a USB port providing entertainment. A crackling fire in the fireplace stove exudes pleasant warmth and a cosy atmosphere during the cold season. The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people (174 x 215cm). The open kitchen unit enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with six comfortable swivel chairs. The bathroom provides a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC, a towel radiator and a window. The whole apartment has pleasant under-floor heating.

You can relax on the furnished garden terrace (ca. 20m²). You can also relax in the garden (free loungers are available), or use the grill area for a grill evening. The site also provides free garden/terrace furniture and parking spaces.

The owners offer a laundry package for both holiday houses, consisting of two towels and bed linen per person and stay, for a fee. It is possible to bring a tent, on request and at a supplementary charge, and to set it up on site, only next to the annex.

The property is in idyllic surroundings, just 400 metres or a five-minute walk from the beach. Within a radius of 300 to 400 metres from the house you can find shopping facilities, an ice cream stand, several restaurants, a baker, or massages. Entertainment is provided by the bowling alley, the tennis court or water sports the same distance away.

Experience the landscape of the north-easternmost region of Germany at the Stettiner Haff, as well as Mönkebude to Ueckermünde and Altwarp with the most beautiful beaches and bays of the unique Baltic Sea coast, with an idyllic view of the sea and forests, with cycle paths through original nature. The view over the Stettiner Haff affords one of the most beautiful views through sunny clearings as far as the islands Usedom and Wollin, in a pristine environment. Walks through the surrounding forests are also unique. Discover the beauty of the region, smell pine and smoking ovens in the air, gather mushrooms in the beautiful forests and watch how fishermen bring their catch home, listen to the huffing of horses and feel the freshness and beauty of the north wind. The idyllic village Mönkebude is surrounded by the Stettiner Haff nature reserve with its reed and marsh meadows with a golden sparkle in the sun, sea bays where you can watch clouds scudding across the sky, the green coniferous and mixed forests, moors and dunes. Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is right by the Stettiner Haff, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our lovely country. It is pleasant to go for a morning stroll in nature with one’s partner or four-legged companion, to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and bushes. However, those who prefer to sun themselves at the beach in a canopy beach chair or on the sand can do so to their heart’s content. The lovely sandy beach is about 400 metres from your accommodation, for relaxing and sunbathing. Young guests can also have fun at the beach and at the new playground, where they can run around. But best of all are evening strolls on the beach, where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet, here at the Stettiner-Haff. Mönkebude offers a wealth of activities. The holiday house is about 400 metres from the beach and sailing harbour area, where you can go on an enjoyable sailing tour. Bicycle hire is also just aroundthe corner. Several massage facilities, a bowling alley and ice cream stands ensure physical well-being.
