You can also reach the ground floor of the apartment complex from the street via a small staircase and from there take the lift or stairs to the flat. There is a pool with children's pool for communal use in front of the apartment complex.

Detailed description The two-storey flat is on the 3rd floor of the OASIS DEL MAR II complex, in Mojácar-Playa, almost directly on the beach, but in a quiet side street. The beach promenade and sandy beach are approx. 150 m away on foot, and there are many restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets along the Paseo del Mediterráneo (the beach road). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 100 metres from the flat.

The OASIS DEL MAR II urbanisation is a reputable residential complex.
