The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential complex near the sea.
The 37m² apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a loft bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (160 x 190cm). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and an extractor fan. The bedroom and the living room-kitchen have an LCD TV with satellite channels. The apartment has Thermophan insulated windows that have soundproofing and shading, as well as air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating, a safe, a stereo system, a washing machine, free wireless Internet access, a telephone (only for incoming calls) and Interphone.
Outside there is a 16m² terrace with a sun shade, seating and a grill. The residential complex has a shared pool (open from the end of June to the beginning of September). All around the pool there is a garden planted with trees and flower beds. A parking space is available on the central car park on the complex. Two bicycles for adults and one for a child can be hired directly from the owner.
A transfer service to and from the airport can be arranged on request.
About 1000 metres away there is the well-known “Scala dei Turchi” seaside area, with its fabulous coast and lovely beaches. The Agrigento temple valley with its many monuments and the archaeological museum is 13km away. The centre with a variety of shops is just 1000 metres away.
