Holiday apartments in a villa on the outskirts of the popular travel destination of Rovinj, on the coast of the Istrian peninsula
The holiday apartments are in a private villa in a quiet residential area in the northern part of the town of Rovinj, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. The area features a lovely green landscape.
The elegant villa, which was completed in 1985, was renovated in 2015. It consists of five comfortable holiday apartments, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They are tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available in the garden and in the apartments.
The site all around the house is enclosed. Behind the villa there is a shared garden with a generous lawn and planted with some fruit trees. A brick-built grill is available. There is a practical stone sink in the orchard. There are two parking areas in front of the house for up to seven cars.
The sea is just 100 metres away. The centre of town is within easy access 2000 metres away along the beach promenade. Within 1000 metres you can find grocery shops, restaurants and other shops.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. The large eat-in kitchen is functionally and comfortably equipped: the modern kitchenette has a gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine. There is also a sofa, a TV with satellite channels and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed (160x200cm and 90x200cm), as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle. Thanks to its high-quality construction, the flat remains pleasantly cool even without air conditioning. It is equipped with radiators in all rooms.
There is a veranda in front of the flat. It is equipped with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals and end the warm summer evenings with a glass of wine.
