A truly rare find in the heart of Biarritz. This fully renovated, sun-filled garden apartment combines modern comfort, exceptional quiet, and a private green oasis â all just steps from beaches, markets, and the city center.

Flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment opens onto a private garden with olive trees, grape vines, and flowering plants, backing onto a peaceful park. Despite its central location, the home is remarkably quiet â fall asleep to the sound of the fountain and wake up surrounded by greenery.
Designed for longer stays, this home offers the comfort, space, and functionality of a true residence rather than a short-term rental.

We've been living in Biarritz for the past 2 years and love it!! We're originally from San Francisco, CA. We love to surf - and we love how this house is a 5 minute walk to the best surfing.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This couldn't be better placed! It's close enough to town that in 5 minutes you can be at the best market, all of the most popular restaurants, and the beaches. However, it's also on the back of a park, so during the day you hear children playing, and at night it is perfectly quiet.

This property has the most amazing sunlight in the dining room! It's a happy place.
The apartment was recently renovated, so it's in beautiful conditions. The floors are beautiful wood, walls clean and modern. There are stylist bricks on the wall in the kitchen to add a charming feel. We have a lovely large garden with olive trees, grape vines, and grass with a robot who cuts the grass everyday automatically.
The showers are large with rain shower heads. Everything works perfectly - washer, dryer, dish washer, oven, induction stove, refrigerator and freezer.
It's exceptionally comfy!
