Welcome to Lazy Duck Retreat, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo nestled in the heart of Red Fish Village on Scenic 30A. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway with access to top-tier community amenities.

The condo features a large private lanai and a spacious outdoor patio, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Inside, the open living space flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, complete with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker to accommodate every guest’s preference.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV featuring Roku and YouTube TV, providing entertainment and privacy for everyone in your group. A full linen package, including fresh bedding and bath essentials, is provided to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay from arrival to departure.

Beach Access

Guests enjoy private beach access reserved exclusively for Red Fish Village owners and guests. The access point is approximately a 3-block walk from the property, located east of Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. This private entry includes restrooms, outdoor showers, and limited parking.

Coolers, wagons, single inflatable toys, kayaks, and paddleboards are permitted. For added convenience, seasonal tram service is available to and from the beach.

This 4 bedroom and 3 bath unit was wonderful! We lived the outside lanai with the swinging basket chair! The condo was spotless! The kitchen was very well stocked with nice cookware, utensils, and lots of glasses and dishes! We hope to reserve this unit again next year!

It was a very beautiful condo and the host responded promptly to my questions. The only reason I gave it four stars was because we saw a couple of roaches, the fitted sheets would not stay on the bed, and we could not turn the air below 68. Other than that, it was great.

We wish we had known about these issues during your stay, as we reached out to check in and would have loved the opportunity to make things right for you immediately. Had we known, we would have gladly sent over replacement sheets right away and contacted the building manager to have the unit treated for pests immediately. Regarding the AC, the limit is set at 68°F to prevent the coastal system from freezing up, but we always want to ensure our guests are comfortable. Thank you again for being our guest, and please let us know if you need anything in the future!
