Seaside est à l'est et Gulf Place à l'ouest. Les deux villes sont facilement accessibles en voiture depuis le Scenic 30A. Family beach week

This house was great for our group which included grandparents, my brother and his kids, and my family with teenagers. The bikes provided were great and it was also an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood pool was great for use when we didn't want to be in the sand. We loved eating at Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel and McTigue's pub had good pizza. The management company was responsive to our requests.

Only negative I found was the beach access has no ramp, made it difficult to carry the pull behind down the stairs.

Great location on 30A

Home was in a great location in Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach subdivision, adjacent to Redfish Village (home of Redfish Tacos!!). Kitchen was extremely well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Having a golf cart was a plus to haul stuff to and from the beach along with little ones, but it was not a far walk for adults. The home is pretty new and as advertised. The community pool is average at best, no comparison to Highland Park subdivision pool (but it is closer to the beach). We would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful Week

The property was really nice. The house was clean. We loved the location to walk to the beach and the surrounding area. The internet at the house was terrible and I let management know, hopefully they get that working. It's not a big deal, but we were hoping to watch a couple of the football games during the week and it was pretty bad. I texted with management and they responded to every text. Loved the front porch, the bikes, the community pool and our time there was GREAT!

June 2020 Stay

The house was beautiful. We loved the porches (but I agree with another comment, fans would be even better). The bedrooms and the bathrooms are very spacious. The house is right next to the path to the beach which was convenient. The beach was just a 5 minute walk. We loved having the bikes. (However, they were not well maintained and had trouble with them all week). The neighborhood was nice and everything was clean!

Great vacation house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family’s needs. Our group contained two couples, two children, and two single adults, so the room with two queen beds was much appreciated. The house was clean and comfortable and stayed very cool, despite the high temps that week. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen, which are bigger than they seemed in photos. Several of us walked the 1/2 mile walk to the beach very easily, and there were also a couple accessible parking spots nearby for one of our family member’s needs. There is an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off, beach chairs and bikes, and some rafts left by others. The pool is just a couple house dune across the street and the kids loved having it right there! The house didn’t have some basics like salt and pepper or a vegetable peeler, and only a couple trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper were left, so make sure you bring those things! We would definitely stay here again.

July 2021 Stay

After a long drive we arrived at the house for check in. Unfortunately there was a golf cart in the driveway which we could not move in order to park. Called it in & they had it removed the next day. The house was very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. The king bed on the second floor was very comfortable! We will definitely come back soon.

Upon entering the home it appeared to be spotless. After a few moments walking around we found sand everywhere and long dark hair all over the bathroom floor. We also found feces wiped on the bathroom door. When you’re paying $300 for a cleaning fee I would expect EVERYTHING to be clean. There is a house being built right next door. While we weren’t inconvenienced by the construction, I feel that this information should be disclosed in a rental listing. We loved the location and the walkability to everything (beach, pool, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mabel). Overall this is a great house aside from the cleaning issues which can be corrected.

The house was awesome! Perfect distance with a quick walk or bike ride to the beach and the community pool is right next door. Lots of cool restaurants and shops within the area and loved our stay overall! No issues and we’ll definitely try to make it back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As previous reviews stated, the house thermostat is locked so the upstairs didn't get any lower than 72 at night. They could also replace the pillows. I'm not one that needs a freezing house or expensive bedding but these two things created a poor night's rest every night. There was also construction next door which made it difficult for my kids to nap. Otherwise, it really wasn't an issue. The house is within walking distance to the beach and backs up to Redfish village which was nice. The pool is basic but good enough for the kids.The house seems fairly new and the garage provided a beach wagon and toys which was a nice touch.

Our community is growing leaps and bounds and unfortunately construction is inevitable, but I am sorry it caused issues with your kiddos napping. Summer vacay!

Overall great, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels is always a plus. House did get a little warm at times and one bedroom had just fans. There was construction next door, which had to block our driveway for several hours one day. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but overall the house was great. Absolutely loved the location. Could walk mostly anywhere we needed to go. Just a short trip to seaside! Easy to talk to property manager! Would definitely come back!

Beautiful home but not cool

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in nice neighborhood and convenient location. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. House was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the A/C wouldn’t cool the house. Upstairs stayed between 77-80 degrees most of the time. Downstairs would cool to 75-78 degrees. Rental agency sent representative out several times trying to figure out why it wasn’t cooling better. Finally had an A/C repair man come look at it but never got it fixed. Representative from Oversee told us he would contact customer service about possibly refunding part of our money. I haven’t heard anything from them yet about that. Also, we couldn’t get code to work on garage door after our initial entry. I reported that and someone was supposed to come reprogram that, but it still didn’t work. Someone did bring us a door key for front door so we could lock up and enter through front door when we returned. I can’t recommend this property until a better A/C unit is installed. If that would be the case, I would highly recommend it.

Hi Janet, we have had several A/C techs out and they claim the A/C units are working fine. The owner has purchased portable A/C units to help with keeping the home cooler in the hotter months. Well Equipped Great Location in Santa Rosa

Perfect spot for great family vaca in beautiful laid back Santa Rosa. Property next to walking path (5-10 min) to several beach access points. Felt like home with tasteful beachy vibe, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, great mattresses. Front porch even large enough to host a catered Taco Bar from TaCo.30A….yummy! Prompt, professional responses from property manager…what’s not to like? Oh, warning: 5 min walk to best donuts & ice cream in Santa Rosa! Enjoy!

Reviewer Comments: PROS-Had blender -Had 7 dishwasher pods-Plenty of dishes -7 Beach chairs-2 boogie boards-Outdoor shower (not enclosed)-Very close to beach-Point Washington State Park trailhead nearbyCONS-Electric grill doesn’t get hot enough. Took forever to grill anything-No extra toilet paper-2 houses under construction right next to the house (starts early in the morning)-No curtains in rooms. Awake by 6am everyday -Bottom balcony is kind of narrow. If people are sitting at the table you can’t get around to the other side -Terrible WiFi movies would be blurry sometimes -Pots are all scratched up on the inside with black stuff coming off in the bottom Overall not a bad place. But with how much the place costs, they can afford better WiFi, a new pot set, new grill, and curtains. There was plenty of space for a family of 9. It is very close to the beach and Blue Mountain Bakery. Apparently their cinnamon rolls are world famous, but do keep in mind that when they ask if you want icing on top, it’s whipped cream. As of right now there are two houses being built directly to the left of the house, but once those are built that noise will go away obviously

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS-Had blender -Had 7 dishwasher pods-Plenty of dishes -7 Beach chairs-2 boogie boards-Outdoor shower (not enclosed)-Very close to beach-Point Washington State Park trailhead nearbyCONS-Electric grill doesn’t get hot enough. Took forever to grill anything-No extra toilet paper-2 houses under construction right next to the house (starts early in the morning)-No curtains in rooms. Awake by 6am everyday -Bottom balcony is kind of narrow. If people are sitting at the table you can’t get around to the other side -Terrible WiFi movies would be blurry sometimes -Pots are all scratched up on the inside with black stuff coming off in the bottom Overall not a bad place. But with how much the place costs, they can afford better WiFi, a new pot set, new grill, and curtains. There was plenty of space for a family of 9. Great stay!

The downstairs master was perfect for grandparents with the upstairs master, bunk, and queen rooms were great for our family.

Beautiful home and excellent location. We vacation here every year and we love this neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stay! And the bikes were a great surprise for our kiddos!

The house is perfect except for two things. 1. There needs to be fans on the ceiling of the porch upstairs off the bedroom. 2. Toilet paper/paper towels and trash bags should be provided past one day. Overall it was lovely and look forward to coming back again! Beautiful home!
