This condo features an open living space as well as a well equipped kitchen with a wine refrigerator, making entertaining at this abode a breeze! Our Blue Mountain Beach complex offers endless days of fun in the sun with our private beach, the gulf-front pool and hot tub, unique and spacious open atrium, fitness center, covered parking, and outdoor grilling.

Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO guests:

After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.
