ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to “Red Fish Blue Mountain”, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a large outside patio and private lanai! Conveniently located a block away from a private Blue Mountain Beach access, which is only accessible to owners and guests of Red Fish Village Condominiums. This property is located in Red Fish Village, on 30A. The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park, balconies as well to sit with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or sunset. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.

BEACH ACCESS: Private beach across street, about 3 blocks walk (has restrooms, & shower) just east of Blue Mountain Regional public beach. There is some parking and chairs, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Guests can park in the Redfish Village parking lot.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Great condo and location

The condo is great for our extended family with plenty of space. We love the pool, listening to the music from Red Fish Tacos from the balcony, and the short walk to the beach and ice cream shop were all highlights of the trip. It is a great vacation spot!

Beach Trip

It was wonderful! We loved having two King suites and a bunk room, which worked well for two families with children. The pool area is large and clean, and the beach was an easy walk and not too crowded. Checkin was breezy as well!

Can’t wait to go again and hope to book same place. Very versatile and perfect location. Property managers had perfect balance of communication in making sure everything was going well but not inundating me with texts etc. Everyone in our group agreed this was such a great place for us to stay. It was an easy and convenient place to stay to enjoy everything about blue mnt beach area.

Large condo!!

The condo was perfectly placed a short walk to the beach and near a ton of stores and activities. The place was even bigger than the pictures showed! Loved the place I would highly recommend!

This was our first time to the area and this place was awesome. Tons of space,l and very clean. away from the large crowds. Close to beaches and local restaurants. Host was great and very accommodating. Definitely rent a golf cart as it makes getting around places more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back

Beautiful condo and complex close to the beach!

Our family had a great time at your condo. The condo was set up perfectly for my extended family (3 couples and 4 kids). The condo is beautiful, we loved the pool and playground area, and the walk to the beach was short. The shuttle to and from the beach was great for my parents, and always was available quickly. Also, we loved having many restaurants close by, with a few within walking distance!

Amazing place

This place was amazing but not only that the hosts were always avaliable for any questions or concerns. They were so accomidating to me and my family. We were just there to relax for my sons 2nd birthday. The included bonfire was really incredible. It was so great to meet Hollie and her son. My daughter already said "mommy we have to come back again"..... Cant wait to go back again sometime.

Condo was perfect for our trip!

The condo was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was supplied well. The pools were fun and beach close. Bonfire night was the most fun! We have never had one before. We can't wait to come back. Also condo was quite couldn't hear neighbors. We did sit on balcony and listen to band at relish taco, that was fun.

Last minute booking and we couldn't be happier!! Joy and Hollie are amazing host and have an amazing condo! The condo is stocked with everything you need..and didn't know you needed..Perfect location too! Are you looking for a location close to beach, pool, eating and ice cream well stop scrolling this has it all 5 minute walk away. playground yep has it by the pool. Would definitely recommend! Not exactly as stated

We have stayed in this unit previously We love the complex and the location. Two things were not as advertised. First, this particular unit, although a parking pass was actually given, there was no assigned spot. When I raised that fact with the property manager, I was told that this unit was first come first serve. If your car wasn't in a spot by 9:00 AM on any day, it was a struggle to find a spot. Not sure why the property manager even gave a reserved pass. Second issue was with the TV's in the bedrooms. They did not stream, and while there was a cable box, it was deactivated. So the listing was inaccurate about Televisions. I did report the Television situation to the property manager who simply confirmed that the televisions did not work and they indicated that in the future it would be remedied.

Graduation Trip

We went took my daughter and 3 friends to the beach after they graduated. We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Redfish many times, but never in M1. I was not as happy in M1 as when we stayed in M2, just because we were so far from the pool and our condo was so close to Redfish Taco. It was nice at night to listen to the band, but it was not pleasant to wake up to delivery trucks and the sounds of cars and truck from the main road. It was definitely a lot more noisier than we were use to. The condo itself was beautiful, but I will definitely check and make sure where we are renting is in M2 for any future stays at Redfish.

Place was nice and clean , good location and amenities. Towel rack in front master bathroom was off the wall . Left a message about it being like that when we got there. There were a lot of remote controls for the tv. Got it figured out, but would be good to have some directions on tc use and which hdmi input to use for the cable channels.

We were so impressed with this property. Very clean and has amazing amenities on site. Playground and heated pool plus a boardwalk with beautiful scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming again.

The Condo itself was great. Spacious and very clean with lots of extra blankets, pillows, beach gear, beach towels. Great Location ! The AC was not cooling correctly when we arrived. A day or so later the management company sent maintenance to put Window units in 2 of the rooms and then later a 3rd. This helped tremendously. Holiday weekend- so we understand service issues etc. The only complaints were that the rental agreement stated that the unit came with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella; however that was not the case. We had to pay out of pocket for this. The pool closes very early 9 PM.... The dishwaher in the unit is on its last leg, and the Oven/ Stove had no Temp lettering at all.... it had worn off. There was absolutely no way to tell if you were baking, broiling;etc.
