Paisible, cadre luxueux à quelques minutes du bord de mer, aquarelle, etc. Nous sommes à 7-10 min à pied ou à 2 min en voiturette de golf pour accéder à une superbe plage. Blue Mountain Creamery, un favori pour les enfants de tous âges, est à quelques pas de notre maison. L'autoroute 30-A est une route de 17 milles qui longe la piste cyclable / piste cyclable sur toute sa longueur. Nous avons 3 lits king size, 1 lit queen, une couchette avec lit superposé en bas, 2 lits jumeaux en haut, 2 lits pliants + 1 pouf à 2 lits rabattables. Vous pouvez l'aise accueillir votre famille et vos amis. Immense enveloppe autour du porche avec une partie de celle-ci filtrée; Balançoire, hamac, rockers et table de pique-nique en font un lieu de prédilection idéal après une journée de jeu dans l’océan. 6 téléviseurs à écran plat (un dans chaque chambre / coin superposé / véranda et bien sûr dans le salon) avec câble et réseau / lecteur DVD / collection de films Disney dans l'espace superposé. Notre nouvelle maison se trouve sur 1/2 acre de terrain et il est presque totalement privée ... vous pouvez écouter les oiseaux le matin, et de nombreuses fois, vous pouvez entendre l'océan. La nuit, vous entendrez les grillons, les grenouilles et les hiboux. Une fois que vous visitez notre petit coin de paradis, vous aurez envie de revenir. Voiturette de golf (fournie uniquement pour les sorties à la plage) Chaises, parasols, vélos et flotteurs, deux kayaks monoplaces fournis. Vous profiterez également d'une machine à glace commerciale qui fait toute la glace que vous aurez besoin. Nous fournissons d'excellents vendeurs de planches Yolo, kayaks, etc., qui seront livrés et récupérés une fois que vous avez terminé.

The Ultimate Beach Home!!

My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, ALWAYS look so forward to spending a relaxing week in this amazing property. It never disappoints!! The home itself is immaculate and laid out so conveniently. It even smells so inviting when you walk in the door that I have placed an Amazon order for the same Wallflower Plug-Ins to keep in my office at work! We thoroughly enjoy the pool area as well as the golf cart that is included with the rental. When the pool area is lit up in the evenings, it is a thing of beauty! One of my personal favorite things about the property is the large garage. That is an extremely unique plus and is the chosen spot for me to store my pier cart, sand spikes and sand flea rake. The garage also has its own ice machine! I never had to buy the first bag of ice the entire eight days we were there...and I use a LOT of ice!! This was our third or fourth time staying here and we hope to return again as soon as possible! Johnna and John (the owners) are fantastic to work with and are so very nice and accommodating! Lord willing, we will be returning there shortly!!John D.

Great house, so spacious and the private pool is amazing! This was probably the most well stocked and appointed rental I’ve had and would definitely recommend! Johanna/John were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and to one quick question I had during.

2nd time and still excellent

We stayed here in March with our 2,5, & 8 year old. My 70 year old mom who has a cane and our dog and it was perfect. Can’t beat a heated pool right outside your door, the golf cart and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to curl up with a book. Location is just a short drive or walk to the beach and not as crowded as other places along 30a. We plan to be back again soon!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation. If we decide to visit the area again and not stay directly on the beach, we will consider this property again.

Perfect Getaway

The house is perfectly appointed. It is very cozy and all furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The pool and backyard are lovely. The golf cart is also in excellent condition. You’ll love staying here.

The house and accomodations were perfect. Only had issues with wifi but property owners were on top of communication with us. The pool area and screened in porch were perfect! Overall, it was a great house and nice location for one of our many vacations in Florida

This property was beautifully decorated. loved this property. Beds are the best Ive slept in away from my home. Oitdoor area was perfect and cozy. Kids had tons to do on property so we didn't have to stay gone to keep the entertained. Pool is clean and beautifully lit at night. Owners are sweet and easy to work with. Ive had 1,000 questions and she's has answered every single one. I highly suggest you book this incredible home

Perfection!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! This is our second year in a row renting this home for vacation and it is just as amazing as the first! The house is immaculate and the backyard space is absolutely perfect; it is a little piece of paradise. The location is perfect with a short golf cart ride to the beach access & minutes from great restaurants! Johnna & John are amazing to work with and truly care about ensuring you have an amazing stay! This is by far our favorite house we’ve stayed at in the area & will definitely be renting again!

Perfect Memory Maker

We rented this home for our family as we celebrated a small private family wedding. It's a beautiful home and made us feel like we were both home and on vacation. Nice beach getaway

We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and the pool was a great addition to our vacation. Even though we had very bad weather, the home was a perfect vacation for our family. Communication with John was quick and easy, coming out to help fix a small issue with the bath tub drain. We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful house

This vacation property is beautiful! The owners provided everything we could need and some more. The location is ideal - 2min drive from the beach, under 10min to a grocery stores and restaurants. The check out process was fairly simple and easy as well. Would definitely return again.

Fun Spring Break!

We had a lovely time visiting Blue Mountain Beach. The house was beautiful and homelike which made it very comfortable for our family. The kitchen and rooms are very well stocked. Hosts were very communicative and available. Would stay there again!

Sand On The Toes But Not In The Eyes

Absolutely divine! House was wonderfully prepared and accommodating for us. It was perfect for the adults as expected, but so great for our eighteen month granddaughter and our dog. Pool was perfectly heated and very warm when sun was out. No BUGS! Often left door to pool area open when grilling and that really allowed us to come/go so easily. Screened in porch with TV a super plus. Allowed us to spread out and not bother each other at times. Will look forward to staying here again.

Winter 30A Getaway

This is a fantastic house in a convenient and peaceful location. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and other activities but is tucked away in a nice neighborhood with lots of privacy and quiet. The house is very comfortable and well furnished with everything you need. It has a great pool (heated) and lots of outdoor seating. Although it was only my wife, me and our dog on this trip, this house can easily accommodate larger family groups or several couples. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable, and we will definitely be returning for another stay!

Love this place!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect, the space was plenty for our extended family, and the extra touches made it even better—including the heated pool, separate garage area, and golf cart. This was our first time traveling to the 30A area and the hosts provided lots of information and recommendations, which we appreciated. Thank you so much. We will absolutely book again!

We have been coming to the beautiful gulf of Mexico since we were children. As adults we both came here prior to knowing each other. Naturally, when we met, this quickly became one of our favorite spots to make memories together with our family. That's what we've been doing for over 23 yrs now. We never dreamed that one day we could own a " little piece of paradise," but that dream came true in 2010 when we bought a foreclosed property in the Seagrove Beach area, fixed it up and rented it for 3 yrs-selling it for a significant profit, we were able to buy this 1/2 acre lot in Blue Mountain Beach and began building our beach home in 2014. It was finally finished in April of 2015. We shared it with vacationers the next 4 years before we officially moved full time in August 2019. As mush as we love living here, we've decided to move about 10 min from here close to the bay and once again share this beach home with our vacationing friends.
Creating spaces that foster lifelong memory making is what we love to do. Living close, allows us to provide excellent service, quick response times for any issues that arise. We also love to help connect you with local venders that will take your vacation to nothing short of spectacular.

A quick bike or golf cart ride to the beach. You'll pass by Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery on your way to the beach. Just around the corner, dine at Blue Mable, Cow Girl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery and more.
A short drive to Grayton, Seaside, Watercolor, Alys beach, Seagrove, Seacrest & Rosemary.
We are also a 10-15 min drive from Sand Destin for great shopping and dining.
