Sapphire Pines is a 1,840 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath mountain home in Christmas Valley, built for families and friends traveling together. Ski Heavenly or Sierra-at-Tahoe (each under 20 min) or Kirkwood (about 25 min), then come home to the fireplace and a game room the kids won't want to leave.

The area
Walk to the Upper Truckee River and the Christmas Valley trails. Lake Tahoe's beaches are about 15 minutes by car and Emerald Bay about 30 minutes; South Lake Tahoe's restaurants and shops are a short drive away. In winter, bring a car with AWD or 4WD, or carry chains. When 3 or more inches of snow falls, the driveway, front walkway and both decks are cleared, usually in the morning. For smaller snowfalls, snow shovels are in the garage.

Sapphire Pines is on a quiet residential street, and our neighbors value their peace. Maximum 6 adults plus 2 children under 6. No parties or events, quiet hours 10pm to 8am, no smoking and no pets.
