Located 5.5 miles from Heavenly’s California Lodge and 3.6 miles from Lake Tahoe. High Meadow Trailhead is less than a mile away, connecting you to several of the area's best trails. Enjoy beautiful views from the backyard and 2nd floor balcony, while BBQ’ing all summer.

This home cannot cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

The home features a pool table with an optional ping-pong cover and a dart board in the large game room. There is also a beautiful sunroom perfect for curling up with a good book under the stars or snowy evenings. The kitchen has a bar perfect for entertaining on the 42” HDTV during movie night. The kids will love hanging out in the loft overlooking the living area with a day bed and swinging chair.

The kitchen features premium stainless LG steel appliances, including a gas oven, range with four burners, griddle, and professional-grade hood. The stainless steel refrigerator with a freezer has enough room for longer stays. It is conveniently located next to the dining area, which has seating for 6, making it easy to serve up family meals.

Outside, the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees. A large balcony on the front of the house with outdoor seating is perfect for that morning cup of coffee. In the evening, enjoy BBQing on the gas grill with plenty of tables and seating alongside a gazebo great for family gatherings.

About The Area:
This home is ideally located between Cold Creek and Trout Creek. Hiking trails can be found in all directions, catering to any skill level. Cold Creek Trail to High Meadows is a 7.9 out-and-back with a challenging 1,469ft of elevation gain. For an easier trek, Upper Truckee Rive loop is a serene 3-mile loop perfect for snowshoeing with dog’s welcome on leash. Numerous beaches can be found within a 10-minute drive, with plenty of restaurants on the way.

Pets: 1-2 dogs are allowed w/ pre-approval; an additional fee is required. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

For stays of 30+ days, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
