The Space:
The Frost’s own this lovely home and have coined it, Tahoe Frost! This stays chilly year round with AC in the Summer and extra snow during the Winter! This home is in the famous Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe which is off the beaten path and known for more snow fall. This large home is perfect for a quiet family reunion with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and large game room, complete with a foosball and pool table. What else do you really need?

TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one)
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

Tahoe Frost is a pet free home, so please leave your fur babies at home. The only exception is for documented service animals, which are allowed. Please be aware of California Penal Code 365.7 which covers Service Dog Fraud. Guests who bring a pet that is not authorized by us beforehand will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

Interaction with Guests:
You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.
