Great apartment, hostess and location. Emma was a great communicator. We knew exactly what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lift from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor (not the ground floor). The apartment was spacious, kitchen had everything needed, a washing machine was available and clothes could be dried on the patio. Beautiful view from the living room to Piazza Navona. Easy walk to bus lines, the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. If you donât want to us buss lines most attractions were within 1.5 miles (vacation an, Colosseum, etc). The apartment easily slept 6 with three bathrooms. Would recommend to apartment to anyone looking to visit Rome.
We loved the apartment. The location cannot be beat. It is large and spacious and has great AC. Emma was a great host who answered all questions quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent. They showed us how to use everything before they left. The apartment is fully equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, overlooking Piazza Navona. Everything was clean and comfortable. The space was lovely.
Emma's property was perfect for our family of 7! She was a great hostess and greeted us at the door. We felt we had met an old friend. Emma and her husband helped with logistics for all aspects of our visit. She arranged very reasonable transportation. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful apartment! All amenities we needed were there! The beds were all comfortable, including the pull-out couch. The location could not be better! It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and bus stops. We would absolutely stay here again!!! grazie Emma!
Great communication, especially with a delayed flight. Canât thank Emma enough. Loved the space and location. So much was going on in the city that we didnât know about in advance, so it was wonderful to have a central location that allowed for breaks in the middle of the day. Reminder to others, this is an old property, so little quirks along the way. Washer but no dryer, but clothes dried on the line very quickly. We were two families, that totaled 7 people (three being older teen boys). It was a perfect amount of space with amazing views. I would love to stay again.
awesome apartment in the heart of Rome, walkable to everything
Our blended family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed apartment that looks onto the Piazza Navona. We stayed 3 wonderful nights. Emma made check in a breeze and referred us to the best personal tour guide to Rome, Nicola on our 2cd day there, which was a highlight of our 10 day visit to Italy. Emma & Nicola also made great food recommendations & how to get around this beautiful city. Plenty of room for our 4 adult children and us. one small caveat is that you do have to walk thru the den that has the sofa bed (where my son slept) to get to the master bedroom & bath. Also the elevator is tiny, but glad that it was there for our luggage, as the apartment is on the 2cd floor. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful spacious place. . These were small
Such a fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, comfortable and oh my, what a splendid location! Our 5-day stay happened to coincide with Motherâs Day, the Catholic Jubilee weekend celebrating bands and the 1st Sunday St Peterâs Square appearance of Pope Leo XIV! Piazza Navona was filled with joyous music - which we could watch and hear by just opening our living room windows! Fantastica! The Vatican and so many other sites were just a brief walk away from this centrally-located and beautiful property. Emma was so welcoming and helpful - check-in and check-out were a breeze. We hope to stay there again on our next stay to Rome.
Emma was such a gracious host, helped us arrange transport from the airport when we arrived and was waiting to meet us when we got to the apartment. Apartment was exactly as pictured, beautiful and well kept, and had everything we needed for a week in Rome. The location is amazing, the views of Piazza Navona and access to all the surrounding areas was so great for us, two adults and two teens exploring Rome. Would highly recommend this property if youâre looking for this type of space in Rome.
The apartment is very comfortable and sunny. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's great fun looking out over the Piazza Navona, and the location, overall, is great. Beware the wifi is only adequate for one person at a time and, sometimes, not even that. It might be the same in the old areas of Rome, generally.
I cannot imagine a better location. It is not only central to many walkable attractions, it commands a permanent view of the stunning Piazza Navona. The space itself reminded us of a movie set with spacious vintage elegance and a comfortable array of sleeping arrangements for a family of six. The small but efficient kitchen delighted us and served well for the few times we weren't out sampling the nearby dining options. Our host worked hard to accomodate our language and cultural confusion. She quickly arranged drivers at the last moment and smoothed over problems of our own making. All six of us would recommend this space with genuine enthusiasum.Thank you Emma, for your expertise and generosity
You couldn't ask for a more centrally located property to all the major sites than this apartment. It is within walking distance to most of the classics, and well situated to hundreds of bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment itself is very spacious, well laid out, functional, clean and well appointed. It has a lift for those that may have difficulty with stairs, so that's a bonus. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation!
Emma our property manager was absolutely great. She is very kind and attentive, and was very helpful in arranging our stay and in helping with transportation solutions.
Overall a great experience.
This is a very central location if it's your first time in Rome as it was for the larger part of our group. The apartment is older, like most buildings here and could use new AC in the living room and at least one of the rooms, but it was not uncomfortable at night. Overall a great stay and hosts.
