Délicieux 100 mÚtres carrés appartement avec salon avec cuisine, chambre double avec salle de bains, une chambre double avec salle de bains et une petite terrasse avec vue sur les toits et la cour intérieure glli que les clients peuvent utiliser pour profiter d'un petit-déjeuner ou un apéritif au coucher du soleil.
L'appartement ne fait pas face Ă  la rue, donc mĂȘme s'il se trouve dans le centre historique, il est trĂšs calme. Il est situĂ© Ă  60 pas du niveau de la rue sans ascenseur.

A great stay

Wonderful location, very cozy place. The couple who own the apartment are lovely, they provided us with great communication and were very responsive to all our needs and any questions we had. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in Rome

Great location for restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment itself is large, easily enough space for 5-6 though we only had 3. This was our most comfortable stay in our 2 weeks in Europe, 3 different countries. Ginevra made check-in simple and she was always accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place and location!

We had an amazing stay at Count Checco. Ginevra had great communication. We loved the location of the apartment - it was central to everything in Rome. The apartment was so spacious and we enjoyed resting on the patio during the late afternoon. Highly recommend and we will hopefully return again!

The property was absolutely, beautiful amazing and perfect!!! Extremely spacious and with every need met. The location was perfect to visit all the famous landmarks in Rome and close enough to walk to the train station, The Vatican and the Colosseum. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts as we arrived a bit early. They were kind, gracious and walked us through the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment has an amazing patio as well. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Rome. My family and I loved it!!!

Perfect location for exploring Rome

Koen was a great host and walked us around the local neighborhood to show where the grocery store was, good restaurants, and the best gelato. The apartment had lots of room and a great outdoor patio area.

Perfect stay in central Rome

Count Checco apartment was a perfect place to stay for our stay in Rome. The location was perfect; around the corner from lots of places to eat and the Pantheon. Despite the stairs, the apartment was faultless. Beautiful spacious rooms with classic yet modern decor. It was very quiet at night and the roof terrace was an added bonus. Communication with Ginerva was fab and the long list of tips she gave us about restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous Accommodations & Location

We loved this apartment - by far our favorite during our two weeks in Europe! Having two bathrooms was such a blessing as we were traveling with our college-age kids. The location and proximity to the Pantheon was fabulous. Having a taxi stand on the side of the Pantheon was helpful too. We walked to the Colosseum but opted for a taxi to Vatican City. The open windows and rooftop patio were delightful. The host provided great local recommendations - Giolitti is not to be missed. The host was also proactive and helpful when the previous guests had not left the key where it should have been. Thankfully the cleaning folks were just finishing up when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rome!

Wonderful

First time in Rome and this was a wonderful location, wonderful apartment, extremely helpful owner, Ginerva! Ginerva gave us lots of helpful information, places near to eat, shop, explore, etc! We enjoyed our stay very much at Count Checco. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens, we were intrigued the moment our Taxi dropped us off! He actually dropped us off around the corner, which was understandable. Wonderful patio that we used daily! We had an amazing time in Rome and at Count Checco. Thank you Ginerva!

Great stay for family vacation

I stayed here with my spouse, 10 year old and 4 year old. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great space to relax after a lot of sightseeing. Had the kitchen basics. We didn't cook but did breakfast and leftovers. Easy walk to sights, restaurants and great gelato. Although it is a busy area, it was quiet. No issues with street noise. The host was good with communication and helped us arrange an early airport pickup. The posting notes there are stairs. They are no joke. I would not have wanted to carry up big luggage or kids up them.

In the center of it all

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Ginevra's apartment. The apartment is spacious, spotless and well appointed. The proximity to many must see places was a huge bonus. Although located in a high density area, the orientation of the apartment avoided any street noise whatsoever. Excellent restaurants are a short stroll away. Ginevra, who is an author and tour guide, speaks English fluently and was a delight to deal with. She provided many excellent dining recommendations and helpfully arranged transportation from and to the airport with a very knowledgeable and friendly driver. First rate experience. (Note that the apartment is located on the third or fourth floor and may present some difficulties for those guests with mobility issues - certainly not a criticism but merely an FYI)

Accueil chaleureux et trĂšs agrĂ©able. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  30 minutes Ă  pied du Vatican et de tout les principaux monuments de Rome.Il est situĂ© dans une petite rue trĂšs calme proche du PanthĂ©on et de La Fontaine de TrĂ©vi.Seul petit bĂ©mol les douches, la pression est faible et il n’est pas possible de les utiliser simultanĂ©ment.Un bel endroit pour visiter Rome.

A real Roman stay

if you can handle the 62 stairs (and we could) this is a great apartment. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and located right in the heart of historic district. the owners are very easy to communicate with and it is obvious they love this place. we did too.

Super Lage, viel Ruhe und Platz fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene in harmonischer Umgebung

Der EigentĂŒmer begrĂŒĂŸte uns vor Ort freundlich und informativ und war fĂŒr Sonderwunsch offen. Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck stand richtig guter Kaffee zur VerfĂŒgung und eine Flasche Rotwein gab es auch noch zur BegrĂŒĂŸung! Alles in allem ein warmes „Welcome“.Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Juwel mitten in Rom, das durch Farben und Dekoration ein harmonisches Gesamtbild prĂ€sentiert. In den wĂ€rmeren Monaten kann sogar eine private Terrasse genutzt werden.Leider gehen wohl nicht alle GĂ€ste pfleglich mit der angemieteten Ferienwohnung um, aber wenn einige (bereits angekĂŒndigte) Schönheitsreparaturen durchgefĂŒhrt worden sind, wird die Wohnung wohl dem Inserat wieder voll entsprechen.FĂŒr vier Erwachsene (60) bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz mit zwei richtigen Schlaf- und Badezimmern. UnĂŒbertroffen gut ist die Lage der Wohnung! Sie liegt in der Altstadt extrem zentral und fußlĂ€ufig zum Pantheon und der Spanischen Treppe. Es gibt keinen StraßenlĂ€rm und das Haus hat sehr ruhige (Dauer)Mieter und wohl einige Ferienwohnungen (einzig der Hund der Nachbarn bellte kurz, wenn wir abends nachhause kamen ).Wer Wert auf eine gute Lage, Ruhe inmitten der Großstadt und viel Platz legt, fĂŒr den ist die Wohnung genau richtig.

Thank you so much for hosting us the few days we were in Rome. The apartment was everything we needed for a family of four and in the best location in Rome, just blocks from the Pantheon.
