The bedding was heavenly. Things were very clean and smelled fresh. Locals were delightful.

Great views easy access to beach and town, only negatives, the gas fireplace did not work, The upstairs master bedroom window needs some work, in the kitchen behind the table the wall was very dirty, like someone spilled a Coke on it. We have stated here before and will again. I’m not complaining, just pointing out the things that’s could be fixed. The host was Top Shelf good, and thank you!

We have stayed in this property many times over the past decade and each time is enjoyable for family members of all ages. The home is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. And you just can't beat the view! Within easy walking distance of downtown Rockaway Beach too. We refer to it as our happy place.

The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen that I have ever used. Lots of space and every utensil we needed. The gas fireplace was very cozy. Very comfy beds. And everything Was very clean

All in all this stay was just ok. I’ve stayed at many many places at Rockaway Beach and my family owns a beach house there as well. This place is very dated and needs to have all of the carpet removed and replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The entire iron the entire unit also needs a good paint job insideThese cosmetic touches would really elevate it to the next level. The checkout time at 10 AM was extremely early. I’ve never stayed anywhere where a checkout time was 10 AM. They said said they needed extra time for cleaning because they allowed animals. I didn’t see any extra attention that went to cleaning. In in fact, we cleaned both bathrooms before we use them.

We had a great time. Loved the location. Yes it is a little tired looking in places, but we.had plenty of room. I was worried about the furniture, but it was great! We has three issues: towels in bathroom were folded nicely, but put away wet-not just damp, 2) fireplace did not work and 3) there was no checkout instructions onlone or in the home.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. House has a slightly musty smell common to older beach houses, but nothing too bad. Washer was broken, but we had a short stay, so it didnt matter that much. Deck steps are broken/sagging--- a minor hazard for kids. View and location are excellent. Would return.

We had a lovely stay. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we expected. We had a little trouble getting in with the lock but the local property manager walked us through it. I would recommend this home for a stay at Rockaway Beach.

Everything you need to cook and enjoy the beach with family. Enjoy cozy vibes with a gas fireplace, sunset views, and a massive movie collection. Private beach access close to a tasty bakery.

Lovely Thanksgiving stay

My family has been coming to the Oregon coast for Thanksgiving for 20 years. We enjoyed staying right on the ocean in this comfortable and well- supplied house. It had everything we need for a wonderful holiday!

The beach view is gorgeous. Would be perfect for stormy days. Big windows to watch everything that goes on in the day. Getting to the beach is fine across rocks for young people but tricky for older people needs a rope rail or something to hold on to. The deck is great for enjoying outside. The house is great for families: they have thought of everything to enjoy. Games, and every movie you could think of. Bedrooms with bunk and trundle beds, the master bedroom is wonderful could make a great front room too with the best view. All the beds are comfortable, lots of pillows and throw blankets around for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, bowls, appliances. If you used them all you couldn't fit that many people in the house. Dishwasher. Didn't leave much room for visitor cupboard/food storage. We enjoyed it very much and would go there again someday.

Lovely, not fancy but just right beach house

This is a great house for a group that enjoys sharing the living room and kitchen together. Nothing extra or fancy, but clean, beautiful view, great electric fireplace.
