Cette maison récemment rénovée se trouve à droite sur la plage, pour un siège au premier rang à l'océan Pacifique. Récemment rénové, cette maison dispose d'une cuisine toute nouvelle, 2 nouvelles salles de bains, et la nouvelle peinture et revêtements de sol à travers les deux niveaux de la maison. Villégiature avec plusieurs familles? ... Eh bien, il y a beaucoup de place pour étaler, se détendre et jouer!
LA DISPOSITION:
ETAGE: la cuisine, la salle familiale et salon offrent tous une vue imprenable sur l'océan; deux chambres (reine, roi); et d'une salle de bain complète (w / baignoire).
RDC: grande salle familiale de bonus offre un divertissement sans fin à la fois avec une table de billard et baby-foot; grande chambre avec lit queen (nouvelle fenêtre récemment installé); très grande chambre avec 2 lits superposés et un lit complet (nouvelle fenêtre récemment installé); salle de bain complète (w / douche); buanderie w / laveuse et sécheuse; et garage.
2 grand écran HD TV avec la programmation par câble, sans fil Wi-fi, et de la terre (téléphone) en ligne (pour les appels locaux) sont fournis.
Il y a un niveau, court chemin qui mène à la plage depuis le pont arrière.
Ce lieu est généralement privé, calme et paisible.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay at the house. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to the beach which was walkable for all ages. The house had everything one would need, I really appreciate the wonderful kitchen supplies as we cooked quite a bit.

Perfect for a family get away

For our family of 5 this house was perfect in terms of location (heading into Rockaway or up to Manzanita; or walking out the back door and down a short path to the beach) and amenities. Highly recommend!

Rockaway Beach Stay

The house was very clean and the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There were 9 in our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very comfortable and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach is a quick walk down a path in front of the house. The game room was great and enjoyed by all. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous family time

Our four adult kids and grandkids met up for a short weekend - the house worked perfectly, was very clean and homey, and we had the best weather!

Wonderful Time At The Beach

Beautiful house, plenty of room, clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple or large family gathering. Everything we needed. Small town charm and shopping nearby, wonderful uncrowded beach. Walk out the door and direct to the beach. The house and location made a large family very happy. We will stay here again.

Quiet location, beachfront location, 2 minute walk to beach,

Loved this location, with view of ocean, 2 minute walk through dunes to beach. Relatively less crowded part of rockaway near jetty. House accommodated all 11 of us, 5 children, 6 adults. Big kitchen and living space, nice deck. Loved watching the swallows and pelicans. Nehalem bay valley is gorgeous, had a great time at nearby nehalem bay state park. Would definitely return.

Perfect location, with quirks

First and foremost, it is hard to beat this beachfront location, with easy beach access along a short (1-2min) sandy walking path over the dunes and through the grass to the beach. An outdoor deck with a hose makes for easy cleanup of messy feet, and a living area full of soft, very squishy sofas makes for comfy lounging. (The large flatscreen TV didn’t get a lot of use, but it’s nice to have.) The two upstairs bedrooms and four bathrooms are nicely done, and while the kitchen was missing a few basic items (ack, no bread knife!) there were loads of dishes, utensils, coffee cups, and glasses, so cooking and eating good food was fun and easy. The basement, which comprises the rest of the house (including the two other bedrooms, recreation room, and small 3/4 bathroom) is … a renovated basement, accessed via a relatively steep and very loud/creaky staircase. The old pool table and foosball table in the rec room kept the two young kids entertained when they weren’t on the beach or in the living room, and they didn’t mind the dark basement vibe because they’re too young to notice! The basement bathroom is definitely older and quite modest in size, but it has a new vanity, is very clean, and everything works. Laundry facilities work well and are easy to access. The manager was friendly and very responsive via text messages before our arrival, and if response time was a bit less speedy during our stay, it wasn’t the end of the world. (Our only real issue was getting the grill to work, which we didn’t manage to do.) All in all, this isn't the most beautiful, contemporary, or stylish home, but with two adult couples sleeping upstairs and two kids down below, it was very functional and really well located for our families.

We had a great time with our adult kids and grandkids. The house is great for a big group and the beach with all the driftwood made for hours of fun! Great place would love to stay again!

Oregon Coast Getaway

This house had everything we needed for a family fun trip. Beachfront views were beautiful. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beach even in March. The beds were comfy, plenty of TP and paper towels. We made most of our meals in the well supplied kitchen. The game room was used by everyone and was a great addition. Plus, we had many Bald Eagle sightings from the back deck. Overall, a wonderful beachfront rental!

Relaxing retreat

We have rented houses before but have never stayed in such a well equipped home. Clean, well layed out floor plan with easy access to the beach. We would rent here again.

Good family home

This home is conveniently located with great access to a long stretch of uncrowded beach. The upstairs is light with beautiful views and the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. Downstairs features pool table, ping pong, and foos ball, which was entertaining for kids & adults. There are plenty of beach toys and a few children’s bikes in the garage. It was a practical and comfortable stay.

Amazing Location and Wonderful Home

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and this house accommodated all of us. There was a total of 13 guests and we all slept comfortably. Location was great. Short walk to the beach through a private access. Our son proposed to his now fiance so that made our vacation even more special and exciting.

As Nice As I Hoped It Would Be

My family, including children and grandchildren, stayed at this lovely beach home from June 19-28th. It was immaculate upon arrival, and there were ample supplies of everything. It was obvious that the owner cared to try to do all she could to help her guests have a wonderful time. There was enough seating for everyone in comfortable couches and chairs which made it a nice time for a large family. That kitchen is great! The beach is out the door down a little path, maybe a 2 minute walk. Rockaway Beach is a fabulous walking beach. It's great for kite flying and perfect for families to enjoy being together. The home has a LARGE deck with 6 Adirondack chairs on it plus a picnic table and an outdoor grill. The home is easy to find, about 15 minutes north of Tillamook, an easy drive. The closest large grocery store is a Fred Meyer in Tillamook. There is a small store in Rockaway beach itself open 24/7, but it's pricey. There is also a Dollar General in Rockaway Beach that was well-stocked. I would love to stay at this house again.

Amazing stay!

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) had an amazing stay over Memorial Day weekend. Between the beach and all the fun inside the house (pool table, foosball, board games, Wii, etc) we all had a great time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware you could need. The beach is literally steps away and with all the great weather we had, we were able to spend a great deal of time out there. We had a great stay and cannot wait to visit again!

Peaceful Place with Amazing views!

Great place to stay! Just steps from the beach and it met all our needs. Very comfortable beds and many of them! Enjoyed the games and pool table on the rainy day and the beach and patio on the sunny ones. The keyless entry was a little touchy, but ok once you got the hang of it.

Great family vacation home

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It has 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen on the 2nd floor. The playroom and 2 more bedrooms on the ground floor were perfect for our group. The view from the house is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked most of our meals in the house. The beach is a short walk away and it has fewer people on it than nearby Cannon Beach. We had amazing sunny weather while we were there. Loved our time at the house and would love to come back!

Tranquility by the Sea

Most impressed with how clean, well maintained, and comfortably appointed the property is. The view is truly unique from the upper level, with an unobstructed wide view of the beach grass and dunes, to the shore and skyline.

Beautiful beach weekend!

This home was simply wonderful for a beach getaway with 6 children. The large bunk room had plenty of space for the kids to sleep together and the downstairs game room was the perfect space to keep them entertained for hours. The upstairs was a warm and cozy space for the adults to visit and the kitchen was well stocked. Even the small details were well attended to with plenty of towels and high quality linens on comfy beds. The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved listening to the waves crashing. The location was ideal- a short trip to town and easy access to the bay for crabbing. I highly recommend this space!
