Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.



Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.



There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
