This breathtaking beachfront escape offers epic views in a fantastic setting that you won't soon forget. The expansive private deck offers the views, seating, and the hot tub where you can enjoy the sights of the ocean waves, soft sand, and the countless wildlife that live up and down the coast.



With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home boasts a spacious layout. The main level features an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level offers a complete kitchen, all accentuated by vaulted ceilings and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.



Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.



There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The property was nice with a lovely deck facing the ocean that was relaxing to enjoy the waves and sounds of the ocean. The property was perfect for our group of 8 adults. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Great house! Very clean. Everything in working order. I do think the middle slat on the master mattress may be cracked. We did miss having a bit of grass in the backyard. It may have mattered more if we had children All in all we had a wonderful time and will be staying here again!.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the living room and deck were absolutely stunning; however, there was no direct beach access like previously stated. There were 2 different beach access points a short distance (about 4 houses down) from either side of the house. The house was cozy and well stocked with items. We did have a couple challenges with the oven and the dryer. We let the property managers know and they were responsive in reply, but unable to fix the issues prior to us leaving. The bedrooms were comfortable and the many living spaces allowed everyone plenty of room to spread out. We will save this home for future visits and would recommend it to others.

This house was perfect for our girlfriend getaway! It had everything we needed and more! The owners have thought of everything and it’s also the cleanest place I have ever rented!

Not complaints but “inconveniences “ that they need to be aware of so that they are fixed. - dryer broken and found out too late. - oven needs to be checked didn’t work well thankfully we had another oven, but the upstairs oven ( bottom ) needs to be cleaned ( we cleaned it the best we could) for carbon residue. The residue caused the oven to smoke when we cooked in it setting off the smoke alarm. - freezer ( ice machine ) needs to be checked - we found a doob ( marijuana ) tube with a long joint in it in the bunk bed room ( thankfully the kids didn’t find it ) but they need to check behind or near furniture etc. just fyi - no big deal but their dust pan needs to be replaced - a couple of the mini blind strips ( living room , bunk bed room ) are broken Don’t get me wrong the place was great ! clean, spacious , organized - etc - just want them to be aware that’s all

Wonderful location and home! Beach view was spectacular and had plenty of it to go and relax! Hot tub was a plus and highly recommended after a long day at the beach. Home was clean with plenty of amenities. Beds were very comfortable and accommodated both of our family’s stay! Plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The only hiccup was that the dryer was not operable. We were informed before arrival that it was going to be fixed but unfortunately that did not happen during our five day stay. Might be best to replace them with newer models but as long as they are working, it should be good to go. The host did make apologize and helped with making things right though! My only recommendation is that the hot tub cover holder needs to be fixed or replaced so it does not fall over to the ground and makes it easier to place back. It is only held up by a bar that is only held in place with a ratchet strap so it was a bit tricky. All in all, I highly recommend this place and we will probably stay here again next August!

Plenty of space for our party. House was very clean and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub and fire pits were a nice touch. Note there is no direct beach access. If anyone in your party is less steady on their feet or relies on a mobility aid, go down to 1st Ave by the Chamber of Commerce for easy beach access otherwise you can access it on 7th or 8th Ave.

A beautiful stay!

With picture perfect views and a homey vibe, this was perfect for a family getaway/reunion! There was plenty of space inside to cook and hang out family style with immediate beach access right there! Great spot to see (and photograph) the twin rocks and sunsets, especially in the hot tub on the deck! There’s no wonder we saw a wedding right on the beach during our stay, it was peaceful and gorgeous, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, Thank you iTrip!

Fabulous view, excellent location

Enjoyed our stay here. Great for 5 year old grandson up to 80-year-old grandparents. Bed/bath arrangement worked very well. kitchen worked well for us. But above all, the view is spectacular.

We had more than we needed. Foosball table wasn't working when we were there, but the hot tub and proximity to beach made this well worth the extra
