Ce condo confortable East End est l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances à Provincetown. Le condo au deuxième étage a deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain et beaucoup d’espace de vie. Entrez dans un salon / salle à manger et une cuisine lumineux et ouverts. Les fenêtres donnant sur la rue commerciale et les puits de lumière laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière. La cuisine est bien équipée et le salon comprend des sièges confortables et une télévision à écran plat avec c��ble et WiFi.

Il y a deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen. La salle de bain a une cabine de douche en verre avec carrelage personnalisé et la commodité d'une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Beau plancher de bois franc dans le salon et les chambres, carrelage dans la salle de bain. Il y a des climatiseurs de fenêtre dans le salon et dans les deux chambres (3 climatiseurs de fenêtre).

Lovely home, great location, and perfect for our week away

This lovely, well lit, well apportioned unit was in the perfect part of Commercial Street; close to the action, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We cooked almost every meal we had at the house for the whole week and found the kitchen to be perfect for our dinners, breakfasts and lunches. The house had comfortable beds/bedsheets and the AC kept us cool all day and night. My partner and I even found it easy to work remotely from the small desk and dining room table! One of the little things that this owner does well, and something that's often overlooked, is the sheer VOLUME of towels they left for us to use. I love having lots and lots of towels and never having to worry about having a nice dry clean one. This was GREAT! If you get the chance, this is a fabulous place for 3-4 people to stay, and I would greatly recommend you do. Maggie, was a fabulous help the whole time. Can't wait to come back!

Central location yet quiet inside.

It was exactly like the photos. The many skylights gave excellent brightness to the space and perfect additional head space to the slanted ceiling lines. We loved popping out for coffee at Wired Puppy across the street every morning. Easy walk to all the different restaurants (and ice cream!, Portuguese Bakery) and great street life from our street side window (yet quiet inside). The bedrooms are on the backside away from the street so extra quiet and easy to sleep well.

Terrific Experience

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The space had everything we needed for our family of 4 and we just wish we could have stayed longer. The communication with the manager of the property was excellent and we really appreciated their prompt & helpful responses. And the location couldn’t be better. We definitely plan to stay there again.

This place was awesome! Great central location on Commercial St.

We needed to communicate with property owner via text about the clogged bathroom sink. They came immediately and fixed it with NO hiccups. I was impressed. We will book this rental again for sure!

Ptown Visit

Absolutely perfect stay. Location, of course, was ideal. The place was clean and well prepared. If we had to register one tiny, tiny gripe, we do wish there had been outdoor space (a small balcony in front?). We made due by setting up shop in front of the steps in the evening. We would stay again!

Great location, dog friendly, and cute!

Incredible location at the end of Commercial street. Close to restaurants, galleries, and across the street from the Dog Beach on the bayside. Street parking was terrible and we ended up having to pay for a spot in a lot down the street (so just budget that into your stay). Walking distance from everything and a quick drive or longer bikeride from the beaches. The apartment was really cute with large plank pine floors, wood beams, and big windows to people watch out of. The space was well utilized, the kitchen was perfect, and the washer and dryer in the bathroom was a great addition. They provided everything you needed from spices to ziploc bags, cleaning supplies, linens. We were a little confused because the email we got in advance said that we needed to bring our own sheets, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap (which we did), but it was all provided in the apartment. There were no closets, but there was ample dresser storage and a hanging clothing rack that you could utilize. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stairs to go up and down are quite steep. It is a small unit, there was just two of us and our big dog, and I can imagine it being a bit tight with four adults (but doable). We brought our dog and it was a great spot for him. There's no one that lives downstairs (just a real estate office) so we weren't worried about him barking, etc. Provincetown is also very dog friendly. He loved looking out the windows and seeing all the people and dogs walking by. My only complaints are that we found a pair of shorts (not ours) next to the bed, garbage from the previous people was still in the bathroom garbage bin, and that no one got rid of the bags of garbage and recycling that sat outside on the deck (from the previous group) until nearly the end of our stay. It was outside, but it started to smell after a few days. With COVID, finding garbage in the bathroom bin and someone's clothing in the apartment made us a little concerned that it wasn't entirely cleaned properly and some things were overlooked. Otherwise, the apartment was spotless, especially the kitchen. It was a great stay and we'll definitely be back again!

Fantastic place in Ptown

We stayed here for a week in the fall. The place is exactly as described and just like it looks in the photos. Super comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again!

Perhaps the nicest place we've stayed in 12 years

The unit is a great escape. The furnishings and appointments are contemporary and tasteful and create a nice, relaxed vibe. The living room windows overlook Commercial Street, but you're just far enough outside of "town" that it's not noisy or densely peopled. This was my and my husband's 12th year in Ptown and this was probably the nicest - and most spacious -place we've stayed in. One word of caution: because of the architecture and the fact that the unit is on the second floor with a steepled roof above it, there are some low, angled ceilings that you have to be aware of so you don't knock your head. That being said, we anticipate renting the unit again next summer.

Perfect location for this livable 2 bedroom.

I would stay here again. A Commercial Street location but peaceful and quiet inside this 2 bedroom unit . The only flaws were no screens for open windows and we had to clean the 3 window air conditioner’s filters which looked like it had been cleaned in years. Less than 500 feet to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and retail stores.

Middle of everything

The place was awesome. Location is excellent I did not know who to turn to with a problem or a question. The ceiling fan does not work properly. The cleaners did an OK job but we found obvious things on the floor. If they had vacuumed the way They should have, they wouldn’t have found things on the floor. The instructions are obviously generic as some of it did not pertain to us. Was not sure if we were supposed to take the linens off and put them where? Little things like that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.

Cute little Gem 💎

Nice and sunny cute little loft in the heart of Ptown. Conveniently located near to the ferry, bike and kayak rentals. Spacious kitchen and private washer and dryer made it feel like home. We would definitely rent again.
