We loved our stay. It was exactly as advertised; clean and quiet, yet close to all the fun. It had everything that we needed and the deck was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Walkable to the center of P'town, quick drive to National Seashore beaches. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Owner responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved my week in this condo. Enjoyed all the light & open space. It was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. I would definitely recommend this place. Penny Silva was very helpful & accommodating.
This is the third summer (early Sept.) my sister and I have stayed at 38 Creek Road. The location is wonderful. The condo layout is elegant and comfortable, and we love the feel of being in the trees.
The condo is exactly as described. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and near a lovely restaurant. The owner is fantastic! The condo is a short bike ride to the beach, and a short ride to downtown. Itâs a great choice for anyone who wants to be near the energy of Provincetown without the noise.
The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including very organized collection of basic cooking spices (a pleasant surprise even though we chose to dine out). Very clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished, even fresh flowers on the table. Communication with host Deborah was excellent (responsive and accommodating). Great for a small family, or two couples who get along well (not a huge place if you're two couples, but just spacious-enough if you get on well; and it's certainly nice). Quiet neighborhood. Excellent proximity for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but a very easy walk to Commercial street. The best of both worlds.
The Condo was exactly what I was looking for.. clean, comfortable ..quiet. The Kitchen bath .. the whole place was well equipped .. I highly recommend Unit 2. And itâs 2 minute walk to Commercial st⊠Could not have asked for nicer place.. and Deborah and Ron⊠could not have been more than accommodating. Thank you .. itâs much appreciated⊠Charlie
This elegant, well-appointed condominium was, in thirty years of renting on the outer Cape, the absolute nicest I've ever stayed in. Everything was new, everything worked. The layout was comfortable, cozy, and being inside still felt like being outside with trees, skylights, birdsong, and sea air. The manager responded to my texted questions instantly as well. We were close to town and the beach but hidden away in our own quiet leafy grotto. What else? Fabulous shower, well-equipped kitchen, great stove, lovely deck, glorious pillows. A return visit is in our (near) future.
This property was well appointed and quite comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pre-stay welcome and communications were excellent. Would definately return!
Lovely rental property. Everything was nice and new. Very pleasant and comfortable space. It had everything we needed, and nice added touches. The deck is spacious, and backs to a tree filled space - private, shady and filled with birds singing. Our host was great. Responsive when we had a quick question.
The condo is newly renovated crisp and clean. I loved the outdoor shower and the deck is huge with nice seating,, table and umbrella. I went in September and there isa propane fireplace which was great at night. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Realize (which I did not) that the washer and dryer are across the parking lot in another building. It is coin operated. I assumed the amenity of a washer and dryer were in the unit. The unit is on the second floor surrounded by trees, on the deck I felt like I was in a treehouse. Beautiful.
Owners: responsive, helpful and responsible.
Location: west end at it's best. Close to commercial street and the water. Not too far from the Stop n Shop, either.
Amenities: loaded. Outdoor shower is nice. Huge deck; dining for 6. Well-stocked kitchen.
Highlight: the unit backs up to open space. You look out at trees. Birds and crickets, very quiet, very peaceful, very private.
We had a wonderful stay. Deborah was a great host and provided us with all the information we needed. Modern and clean, quiet yet close to town. Everything you would need for a great week.
We've been staying in Provincetown for more than 25 years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have had. The living space has high ceilings and good light, the deck is much larger than we realized from the photos (plenty of space for a dinner party of six). It looks out over woodlands, so feels very private. Bedrooms were a decent size (not big, but large by Ptown standards) with built in AC that did the trick on hot nights. The owner was particularly friendly, responsive, and helpful. A few reviews mention the business downstairs, but it never bothered us at all. It was generally quiet except the sound of a truck that might show up some mornings, but even that did not disturb us. Most places we've stayed before are much louder. The kitchen is well appointed and grilling was ideal. An outdoor shower is downstairs. Interiors are clean and furnished nicely, with a gas fireplace that adds surprising flair. The spot is a five minute walk to Victor's or Relish, but removed enough to be quiet. Our only complaint might be small, the hot water heater makes a little noise in the living room, but not really a problem. We would definitely return again and recommend it to others.
This was a lovely place to stay, updated with all the modern conveniences, in contrast to many older properties in Ptown. Great location close to the action but in a quieter neighborhood. Be aware that the bedrooms are a bit on the small side; there isnât much extra room to move around in them. Well equipped kitchen, but it would be nice to have had some plastic wrap and aluminum foil on hand (if it was there, we didn't find it). Very nice to sit out on the deck and look at the trees.
Beautiful, clean apartment. Great location. Considerate owner.
I had an amazing time in Provincetown this Spring Break and it wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't rented this beautiful and cozy place. It's super clean, with all appliances and kitchen equipment needed if you plan on making your own meals. The owner is kind and considerate. She stopped by to drop off a toaster and did her absolute best not to inconvenience us. Communication on her side was excellent. It is a 5-minute drive and 30-minute walk to Herring Cove beach. It's a 5-minute walk to Commercial Street if you're interested in going to the restaurants and tourist attractions. The neighbors are super friendly, but the apartment is in a quiet location where you can have some quiet alone time. I'm so happy to have stayed there.
We hope to come back in December if Deborah will have us. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.
We enjoyed our week calling this condo home. Convenient location, very clean, fully stocked with everything you need, private outdoor deck space was amazing and great for hosting dinner outside. Penny is very responsive, very friendly and is a great host! We will absolutely be adding this property (and the identical unit next door) to our list for our next trip out!! Book it! You will not be dissapointed.
The property was perfect for a week in the beautiful Provincetown. Itâs an easy walk into town. Highly recommend renting bikes to take rides to the beach and in the park. We enjoyed grilling and dinners on the patio. Our favorite dinner was at Salâs in town which was a quaint Italian restaurant with amazing food. The property was quiet and accurate description online.
