An Awesome Gem

There were 3 of us staying in this lovely 3rd floor walk-up 2 bedroom one bath apartment/condo. The outside stairs are sturdy and strong as don’t get scared by it being a walk-up. Very spacious place. Both mattress are very comfy. The location is PRIME! You have a bar, bakery, pizza, & dumplings across the street! Bathroom was great. Spacious standup shower. The only thing I would tell the owners is after this season upgrade the shower towels (maybe alittle bigger and more dense). Also BEST view of the monument from the roof top deck that has a patio furniture & grill Big up for this place and would rent again.Thank you

A cozy oasis in the heart of Commercial

Property was perfect for our stay and right in the heart of all that Commercial St. has to offer! Joel was exceptional with his communication and made our stay a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

This was mine and my fiancé's first time in Provincetown and we had soooo much fun! The VRBO was very clean and easy to get to. It was central to everything so it made it convenient to get places. Loved the lighting and the features in the VRBO. Our only “not really” concerns was parking and not having a washer/dryer but we made it work. Thank you for the stay

Convenient location, if this is some place you'd like to be for a weekend and be able to walk out the door right to the Post Office cafe where you can see.Shows have meals get drinks and then take your time.Walking up and down commercial street , the place debate

Adequate

No bells or whistles. Clean updated bathroom. Bedding, towels, sheets all need to be replaced and cleaned. They had a stale odor. The beds were rather rickety and the pillows were ok. The second bedroom is semi private with a wall divider. The location is right downtown above Coconut sunglasses which was so perfect and close to the ferry. The Air Conditioning and ceiling fans were very good. Water pressure was excellent. I would spend a little time making this rental a little bit nicer. Has great potential.

Great stay great location

ideal location, clean place. One thing to note is that the second bedroom only has a folding screen and not a separate door from living area so not as private as a traditional bedroom. Loved it, would go back again.

Great Vacation

Loved the place and will recommend it to others. Loved the deck and spent a lot of time on it. However, the furniture is worn out and broken. Really the only negative. Everything else was wonderful.

Great Stay In The Heart Of PTown

This third-floor condo in the heart of Provincetown overlooking Commercial Street is in a great location to be in the middle of the action and explore town. Especially good if you're coming off of the ferry as you'll have a very short walk, but there's also parking lots nearby to park in town. The condo was well equipped, and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The outside deck facing Pilgrim Monument Tower was especially nice in the mornings and evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in/check out processes seamless. Air conditioning worked well during this very hot weather this summer. It's a two bedroom and one bedroom has a door that closes for privacy and the second bedroom has a room divider, but was private enough for everybody. There's plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room and at the dining table for 2-4 people. And pet friendly as well!

Great location but middle-of-the-road amenities

We were so excited to stay in the heart of Provincetown, and this location did not disappoint. You're tucked above the middle of the main street, and despite it being there, the space was quiet and private. We were a little disappointed, however, in the amenities. The beds at the property were like sleeping on cardboard, as well as the pillows that gave us both neck/back issues. Sheets were old and worn and felt like something from a college dorm. There was also strange decor and broken furniture, for instance, a side table in the living room was completely broken and unusable but remained in the house? Several weird things like that that could be addressed which would make the stay overall more welcoming/comfy.

Positive: Central location, right in the heart of town, well priced. Lots of light, lovely deck outside, apartment was clean, communication good. Negative: Being right on the main street also made it a bit noisy at night. The apartment really needs a few things attended to like new blankets on the beds + the rugs should be replaced or cleaned. Small details like having instructions about the wifi, suggestions of places to go + some coffee pods wouldn't cost much + would go a long way.

Our "Penthouse" has been our favorite stay in PTown. Clean and spacious. The roof deck was a great bonus. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout. Thanks for having us.

Comfort in the Heart of Provincetown

We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected, and ideally located for exploring Provincetown. Comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used a lot (after shopping at the nearby super-market). Off season it was a lot quieter than expected -- but in the season nightlife on Commercial St. could be noisy. Off-site parking was an extra expense, and involved extra walking, but, when leaving, we easily brought our car into the alley to load our bags. (Anyone with mobility issues should beware the 2 steep flights of stairs to the deck.) All in all, a wonderful place for a P'town getaway.

Great location and unit...

We had a terrific stay here. The unit is large, well equipped and furnished, bonus of a roof deck fully furnished. Spotless when we arrived. My only flag is, as a Ptown veteran of 40 years, this unit is best off season or for party goers during the season. It is dead center on Commercial Street in the heart of town, which is very convenient to everything. But it is likely to be noisy during season. It just depends on your objectives!
