Lovely place to stay. Perfect for two people. Maybe some things needed a little TLC. The bed was comfortable, nice little area to sit and eat. Galley style kitchen was fine. Bbq area in the resort provided a nice couple “meals at home”. Garden was lovely and enjoyed looking at it from the lanai. We will definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location across the street from a great beach was awesome. We liked swimm8ng in the pool too.

The studio felt roomy. Very clean and organized. Location was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Also enjoyed the pool.

This is a fantastic location and beautiful property! It's across the street from excellent snorkling and perfect spot to watch the sunset. The parking garage was super convenient and the condo itself was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Our unit faced the gardens and pool. The pool is huge, and the gardens surrounded it were amazing. The unit was just right for us on the second floor, everything we needed.

Great place to stay

Pool is top notch. Person who takes care of clarity & ph is great. I’m a 30 year public health officer. Stayed VRBO in Smokies by Dollyland and couldn’t even see your feet. Great location by Beach House and Popoi Beach. Saw tearing down Coconut Palms Hotel in Kapa’a where Blue Hawaii filmed with Elvis 1961.

Better than the photos!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The pictures don’t show how light and bright it is inside. It was a great location (very centralized to everything), right across from a beach & less than 5 minutes from poipu beach. Parking was never an issue, and the complex was really cute with a pool, bbq and even a little library with books and games to borrow. The condo had almost everything we needed with chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, towels, golf clubs, etc. the only thing I would suggest is having some basics, such as cream, sugar, cooking oil or spray, spices etc. it’s a bummer to have to buy that stuff and not use it all. Other than that the condo was great and we plan on staying here again for our next trip!

This was a very nice rental, in a great location and everything you would need for a Kauai vacation. There's even a set of golf clubs in the closet. When you go, look around and you'll find lots of amenities. The kitchen was a nice attribute, with everything but an oven. The living/sleeping area was airy and roomy, and a small balcony overlooking the pool area was a plus.

No Frills in Paradise

The wife and I had a pleasant stay in this studio. Don't expect a ritzy condo but it is more than sufficient for a couple travelers looking for a place to stay on a budget. We will certainly look at staying at Prince Kuhio again on our next trip to paradise.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the snorkeling across the road. We had a slight issue with the breaker tripping and refrigerator going out. We couldn’t find the breaker box (which later discovered is hidden behind a picture in the bathroom). The facility maintenance manger Matt was responsive and took care of it when we were on an excursion. Be advised there is NO stove here. We discovered this after buying a couple frozen items. The microwave had a convection component that ended up working, but took a bit longer. The facilities here were really nice, and we wished we had used the grills. Parking in the garage was nice and close to the room and the water pressure in the shower great. They also had great facilities for us to do laundry (don’t over pack! :-) ). Check in and trying to figure out where to park and the parking passes was a bit chaotic at first (we didn’t have instructions), but some other residents pointed us in the right direction and it was easy. If you're ok not having a ocean view, this was a good place to say.

A piece of paradise!

We really liked this condo. It was decorated so nice and had everything needed for cooking. The extras were wonderful, snorkeling equipment, chairs, umbrellas and golf clubs. We really appreciated having those items. The location was perfect and so mice having the garden view. Our only complaint was that we are used to a king bed so we found the bed way too small and soft for our liking. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

Our mistaken understanding led to our confusion about the room.

We were confused as we thought we had a 1st floor apt on the ocean. Climbing the steps with suitcases was a challenge we did not expect and would have appreciated an elevator. Upon reviewing our arrangements we realized we had been mistaken about the 1st floor assumption. Rm 232 clearly means 2nd floor. Our mistake. The room was attractive and well stocked. It was well placed for the activities we wanted to enjoy. Our appreciation for your patience, especially as we lost one of the keys. We slept well and was easily able to adapt the room to our needs. An oven would have been nice for our frozen pizza we had purchased. One can't have everything.

There is no elevator at Prince Kuhio. Bringing luggage and Costco shopping can be a challenge, especially on the third floor. Sorry about the lack of an oven. The owner opted for a dishwasher instead.

This property was exactly as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. Communication was great and location was perfect. It was only a walk across the street to get to the ocean. The parking lot was small and the manager for the condominiums was not present when we arrived to give us instructions about getting a card or our windshield and telling us exactly where the parking garage was, but once we straightened that out, parking in the garage was perfect.

Amazing stay

This was a great location and cute property. The property manager is very nice and the mai Tai across the street is the best I’ve ever had. Go check out baby beach as well. Great stay!
