Cette charmante maison traditionnelle maintient le caractère des vieilles propriétés «modernistes» à Soller, avec de belles tuiles originales et des meubles vintage. L'établissement propose des chambres propres et spacieuses ainsi qu'un bel espace extérieur, l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances, appréciant le caractère authentique de Majorque. Il y a une piscine de bonne taille, fantastique pour l'été après un bain de soleil dans le jardin, air conditionné dans chaque chambre, une salle de musique avec un bon piano Apollo-Dresde, beaucoup de livres et WIFI partout dans la maison.

Belle maison mallorquine

Tres belle maison ancienne typiquement majorquine avec de grandes hauteurs sous plafond et de grandes pieces. La jardin, ou plutot, la terrasse est ombragée par un bel arbre Avec aussi des zones au soleil. La piscine est tres bien exposée, mesure environ 3x6m et possede des marches pour entrer dans l’eau sur lequelle on peut aussi s’asseoir, très pratique pour les enfants. 4 chambres sont climatisées et toute la maison est également équipée de ventilateurs au plafond ce qui est très appreciable. La maison dispose d’autres pièces où l’on peut dormir ( mais sans clim ni ventilateur). Il y a aussi une salle de piano avec une belle bibliothèque contenant des livres dans diverses langues. Les 3 salles de bain sont assez anciennes mais fonctionnelles. Il y a plus qu’il n’en faut de linge de maison, pas besoin d’amener vos serviettes de plages! Seul bémol, les chambres côté rue sont un peu bruyantes mais les nuits sont calmes. 10 min à pied du village

Convenient Town House

This house is in a convenient position about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Soller. It has plenty of space with mostly high ceilings and a lovely entrance hall and marble staircase. It is though right on quite a busy road, so the front 2 bedrooms were noisy. Parking can be difficult as the car park nearby was often full. The garden is very pleasant and the surrounding gardens and views from the back of the house are pretty. Weather was too cool for us to use the pool. The kitchen itself is fine, but the equipment could be better; no medium-sized saucepans, only a few wine glasses and a small kettle for the gas hob. We had to buy hand soap, tablets for the dishwasher, extra toilet rolls and detergent for clothes washing. In other rentals these are often provided. The nearby Spar was good for shopping. The drains were quite smelly, especially in the mornings in the bathrooms. Only one set of door keys was provided and as 6 of us were staying, this was inconvenient on several occasions, when we were not doing things together. During the booking process Mallorca Born Properties replied to my queries quickly and efficiently. So all in all a nice house, but several aspects could be improved.

Eindrucksvolle Stadtvilla

Tolle Stadvilla kann man jedem empfehlen. Kurze Wege zu Supermarkt und Restaurant. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder auch Strandurlaub in Port de Sóller. Pool hat schöne Größe und der Garten/Terasse angenehm. Küche ist gut ausgestattet die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung.

wunderschoenes geschmackvolles zentrales stadthaus in soller

Tolles Haus in dem wir mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern viel Platz hatten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet - die Terrasse auch im Winter schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind grossszuegig, das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gross - dabei konnten wir wegen der winterlichen Kälte noch nicht mal alle Räume nutzen. Gleich gegenüber ist eine schöne Bar und in zwei Mintuten ist man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt. Alles in allem sehr viel Charme, wunderschöne Bilder im ganzen Haus - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wonderful location in Soller

We hired this property for a stay in April 2017. This attractive town house comfortably housed 7 of us over 4 floors with its spacious and elegant design. It is idealy situated on the edge of town with the start to walks to Fornalutx and Biniaraix just a few minutes away. The centre of town is a 10 minute stroll away where one can easily spend good deal of time in the local cafes while watching the tram wind its way back and forth to Port de Soller. However if you are feeling lazy the local cafe on the corner opposite the Spar is a relaxing, friendly and cheap alternative. The weather was excellent so the swimming pool was a bonus even this early in the year. There was plenty of parking nearby to the local stadium and the overall location was a great launchpad to the rest of the island.

Charm meets modern amenities!

I recently stayed at this beautiful home in Soller Majorca. The location is perfect; a short walk from the town square, close to restaurants, across the street from a nice cafe, and down the street from a supermarket. Also an easy day trip into Palma, and a short ride by trolley to the Port. The house is filled with beautiful tile work in every room, and the pool is cool and refreshing. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and air-airconditioned, the wifi works throughout the house, and you have everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. I would definitely come back, and highly recommend this house to others.

Our second visit to this house, and we'll be back

My husband and I just love this house and this setting! We've been vacationing in Majorca for many years, and found this house last year, stayed a week, and couldn't wait to come back this year. It doesn't disappoint, I'll tell you that. Airy -- far more than most Majorcan houses -- clean, comfortable, nice large rooms with a nice mix of traditional Majorcan furniture and modern features as well. Nice, lovely bathrooms, a charming mosaic tile table in the beautiful patio/garden area next to the spanking clean pool. I can't say enough about this jewel of a house. There is a funny little cafe just across the road where the lovely owner served us delicious cafe con leche and tapas, and also the rental fellow/manager was so helpful with any questions we had. Do give it a try - you'll love the charm of this place. Another great thing is that you don't need a car to get around in town - the house is within walking distance of the center of town where you can get anything you want in the friendly little shops. It is the perfect vacation house!

Couldn't believe the previous reviews, Awful house

We booked this house for 2 weeks for our family holiday. We arrived about 11.30 at night and were taken aback by the dark and dismal decor. The bedlinen and towels were old and grubby. The house hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival. Dishes were still dirty on the shelves. There was a smell of dirty water in the bathrooms. The pool was green and when we called the pool man, he said the cleaning motor was broken. The furniture around the pool was old and dirty. The sun umbrella was broken and covered in bird droppings. The house was not at all what we expected and what we felt we paid for. The house is advertised as a 4 storey but I would not consider the attic or basement rooms got for sleeping. We travel abroad at least twice a year and most.y stay in villa type accommodation. This has been one of the worst. After 4 nights, we asked to be moved and unfortunately lost our money for the first week. Manager was most helpful and apologetic about our experience.

Haus mit Atmosphäre

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen 10 Tage Wanderurlaub in Soller verbracht. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum von Soller, 2 Minuten zu einem kleinem Spar Laden. Von dort kann man schöne Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür starten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat sehr viel Flair. Das Haus ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, verbreitet aber einen ansprechenden Charm. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die Bäder und der teilweise starke Geruch der von ihnen ausgeht, besonders wenn es regnet. Deswegen 1 Punkt abzug. Wir würden dennoch gerne wieder kommen.

Beautiful house, great location !

What a beautiful house! My husband and I have been to Mallorca several times, and this was definitely our favorite rental home. It was clean, spacious, close to the center of town, and equipped with a lovely garden and a glorious pool. The house is also just minutes from a small supermarket and grocery store, though we had most meals out, testing out the plethora of cute cafés and restaurants in the center of Sóller and in the Port. The house has excellent WiFi, air conditioning (though we didn't feel the need to use it), and a spectacular view of the mountains from every window in the house. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend it!

LOVE THIS HOUSE - CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK.

We have been to this enchanting town quite a few times over the last 10 years, and now that we've discovered this wonderful house, we will come back to it again soon. My husband and I found this house to be splendid. Comfortable beds in each room, a lovely pool and patio, a convenient little bar/cafe across the road for coffee and some tapas. The house is nicely furnished with everything one could ask for - 3 bathrooms, WiFi, good pots and pans in the kitchen (although we went to cafes most of the time), complete set of dishes, glassware, microwave oven, nice fridge, a washer and dryer, super clean, and with magnificent views. Also - and we haven't found this in any other house we've stayed in before - the house has wonderful breezes due to windows on both sides. Highly recommended!

Great value so close to town.

This villa is very spacious and we had a great time here in June. The property is accessed from the street and you arrive into a large hallway with a small lounge off. There is also a kitchen, shower room and dining room on this level. Upstairs on level 1 are 3 large bedrooms all with good wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom. On the top floor is another bedroom and sitting area but no wardrobe space. Two bedrooms face out on the road which can be a bit noisy but ok with the shutters and windows closed. The pool is accessed from the basement where there is a seating area and doors out to the garden. The garden is lovely and sunny and gets sunshine all afternoon. Pool is refreshingly cool! There is parking nearby at the football club and there is a great Tapas bar over the road which does a range of different dishes each day. There is a mini-market two mintes walk away. The villa has everything you could need and it is a straightforward walk to the town square (maybe 10 mins). I knocked 1 star off for the plumbing which could really do with upgrading. We will defintely return to this villa next year.

Best House We've Ever Stayed In!

What a beautiful, elegant house! It's huge, spotlessly clean, and has the most incredible marble spiral staircase. It's in walking distance to the center of town, which made adventures in the sweet town of Soller possible every day. Our favorite spot was probably the garden, was a lovely place to relax with our children, who all wished it was warm enough to swim in what looks like the most charming pool! We will definitely be coming back to this amazing house. The agent was most helpful, too. We could not have had a more pleasant time!

beautiful house

I agree with all the previous reviews. The house is huge. We stayed there as a family reunion/holiday & there was plenty of room for three families to spread out. The house is antiquated but we like that sort of thing. Lot of beautiful detail. We did not need a car as it is very easy to take a bus or train to Palma, walk in to Soller and bus or tram to the port. Would definitely return. Biel, the local contact is charming & only too happy to help in any way to make your stay pleasant.

What a delight!

My husband and I loved this house! Such charm, such a lovely, light feeling in the house. Beautiful, clean pool, house interior was in wonderful condition. Very responsible rental agent to work with. We will definitely go back to this lovely Soller house.

A great holiday!

A fantastic townhouse that is set in the beautiful town of Soller. In all honesty the photos don't do this place justice, it is enormous and it is gorgeous! Set across four floors(!) the house has a real rustic charm, with fantastic views across the valley and lemons growing next to the pool (which is also deceptively big compared to other villas!). The kitchen is well equipped and every room is air conditioned. The bars and restaurants are only a short walk away and the port/beach is a 10 minute tram ride away. We have vowed to return as a house like this is really a rare find! Thanks for a great holiday. Dan & Kelda

Best house we've ever stayed in!

Such a magnificent house! We were delighted with our stay in this huge, stunning, sunny villa. We've stayed in Mallorca many times, and this is without question, the nicest house we've ever been in. Clean and lovely. No need for a car. Small, very handy supermarket one block away. We are going back next year, for sure. Also, the rental agent is terrific, and very responsive.

Super Soller

This was our third time in Soller and the house was situated in the handiest location so far. Soller is a wonderful town, well situated for walking, the beach and enjoying cafe life. The house itself is huge and as there were only four of us we only really used the ground and first floors. The main pluses for us were: - comfy beds (which make such a difference) - fully equipped with everything we needed - fantastic pool and outside eating area - beautiful views - supermarket more or less next door - fantastic walks from the door - no need for a car - very easy correspondence with Beil and very friendly welcome from Madeline (Beil's mum) The only reason I've not given this 5 stars is that, because of the plumbing, two of the showers didn't work that well, and some of the linen was a bit tired. That said it's an old house with lots of charm, we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come again.

Every room is floored with magnificent original tiles, dating back to the early 20th century, and is graced with tall ceilings; outside every window is a spectacular view of the mountains. In our charming garden there is a pool that overlooks a lemon orchard, and a view of the church in the center of town which is only minutes away on foot.
