Discover the perfect blend of mountain comfort and modern convenience located at Aspen Brooke Serenity Vacation Home. A spacious 2,500 sq. ft home nestled along the Big Thompson River. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two cozy fireplaces, and an expansive deck featuring a private salt water hot tub with river views, this retreat is designed for families and friends who want both relaxation and adventure in Estes Park.

Main level -Gathering Spaces & Master Comfort

Step inside to a great room filled with natural light and mountain views. The stone wood burning fireplaces anchors the living area, while plush leather sofas invite cozy evenings by the fire. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and seating for 10 makes dining efortless, and the adjacent dining area flows directly onto the deck.

Also on the main floor is the Primary Suite, offering a King bed, flat screen TV, and a remodeled bath with double sinks and a tiled shower. Direct access to the garage from the main level adds convenience.

Upper Level- Private Bedrooms with Rustic Style

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms and a beautifully updated bathroom. The upper level offers a King bed in bedroom 2 with warm log furniture. Bedroom 3 offers a King Bed with lodge inspired decor. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom with granite counters and a tiled shower.

Lower Level- Family Room and Extra Sleeping Space

The downstairs level provides a second living space centered around a gas fireplace. The downstairs family room includes a large flat-screen TV/DVD setup and two leather sofas, perfect for a movie night or game time. The lower level comes equipped with a sofa sleeper, and bedroom 4 offers a King bed + a full size bunk set, ideal for families with kids. The lower level offers a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.

Outdoor Living-Deck, Hot tub & River Views

The expansive deck is the true highlight of Aspen Brooke Serenity. Overlooking the Big Thompson River; It offers Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and outdoor dining space. Best of all, you will have your own private saltwater hot tub, the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking while listening to the river just steps below.

Estes Park Perfection

We love staying in Aspen Brook and the Serenity cabin did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 7, great location, gorgeous river view and hot tub fun. Would recommend to anyone and stay again!

Serenity Happy

Serenity cabin is right on the brook. The deck and hot tub are marvelous. The cabin comfortably handled 7 adults and 3 children. The location was great being very close to the YMCA where we were having a large family reunion. Highly recommended.

Fireplace did not work, dryer not operating and screen door off living room wouldn’t locked and when opened would barely shut, needed adjusted. We reached out to the local folks letting them know and they said work order was put in but no timeline when repairs would be made. That was disappointing because when you’re in Colorado on vacation you want a fire in the mornings and evenings. Also we were wanting to do some laundry but couldn’t. We understand things happen just frustrating when you’re on vacation and spend that kind of money.

Great property on the river

We had an excellent time in Estes and this property was a big part of it. Plenty of space for the kids and adults plus having the hot tub to soak away our aches after a long day of hiking or shopping. Property manager was very helpful and did a great job communicating to us before and during our stay.

Excellent accommodations and close to town!

Loved the deck overlooking the river and close proximity to the town of Estes Park. It was closer to neighboring properties than expected, but the house was clean and check in was extremely easy. We had plenty of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck after long day of hiking. I would highly recommend!
