Great location in Estes Park

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is on the edge of Estes Park - a river running by the property but also short drive to downtown - best of both worlds! Cabin was clean. Communication with owner was great. We had a fun time!

Lovely cabin, perfect location!

The cabin was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessities. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the water in stream and enjoying the cool temperatures. Communication with property manager was easy with quick response. We had no problems or issues.

Perfect stay

The listing was accurate but we were delighted to find they had undersold it! Everything was spotless, fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor deck has a beautiful view of the river. The location could not be better, just minutes from the park entrance, shopping and restaurants; however, when you're there, you feel like you are in the middle of nature surrounded by trees and mountains. Communication with the host was easy and check in and out a breeze. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this Clean and Cozy cabin!

Evergreen Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Evergreen. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We definitely plan to visit again!

Cozy!

While it slept everyone fine it was a bit tight quarters. There's nothing misleading about the home. I was just used to the last place we had up there that was huge by comparison. Great little spot and wonderful babbling brook.

Fall break for family from Indiana

The entire process of booking through stay was amazing. We had to reschedule our stay once and Tamara was amazing helping us as I panicked. My husband kept commenting how perfect the house was for our family. It’s literally minutes from the entrance to RMNP and great small trails by the YMCA. We saw several elk in the neighborhood and it was just minutes from downtown. All amenities were covered. It was a wonderful stay.

Great Location & cabin!

The cabin was in a great location… out away from all the hubbub but convenient to RMNP & Estes Park. Tamara was super in communicating & making sure we had made ourselves at home & didn’t need anything. The kitchen had the necessities along with extras, including spices, ziplocks, soap, etc. Was perfect for my husband, grown son & I to have a wonderful time.

Rock Mountain getaway

Couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend Aspen Brook to anyone I know. The sound of the water was priceless. Tamara was the best you could ask for. I would definitely stay there again.

Great end of summer getaway!

We were very pleased with the Evergreen Cabin in Aspen Brook! Tamara was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. The house was clean, charming, and had all of the extra little things (plenty of paper towels, dish soap, etc.) to make our stay easy. The layout was perfect for our family of four plus my mother who enjoyed the king on the main floor. We would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our time in Estes Park, and this cabin in Aspen Broom was part of the enjoyment! It is wonderfully appointed with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, and the location was peaceful with the river just steps away. The best was just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee. The location was super convenient to town and RMNP.

We love staying in Evergreen at Aspen Brook. Tamara was great in responding to a little problem we had with the oven temperature. We would definitely stay again and our whole family loved how beautiful and well equipped the cabin is!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for a small family. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. The property manager checked with us to ensure everything was ok and quickly responded to questions. We loved the home. Beautiful home in a beautiful location near Rocky Mountain National Park.

Easy access

We so enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a small subdivision just yards from the river so our 16 year old was always able to occupy himself with fishing! It was within 5 minutes of Estes Park so easy to go to town to shop or get ice cream in the evenings. RMNP entrance also just 5 min.

Beautiful cabin by the river

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is perfectly situated right across the road from the river so you could sit on the deck and have coffee or wine and enjoy the cool breeze and see and hear the rushing water. It is a lovely home, with all conveniences, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was nicely furnished and had some games the kids enjoyed. Highly recommend this property for your next Estes park vacation!

As owners of Aspen Brook Vacation Homes, they had the opportunity to obtain this wonderful cabin which is one of the original cabins for rent at Aspen Brook since 1988. Tamara and James love working with people and have owned their own businesses in Estes since 1986. James is a professional photographer, Tamara manages the businesses and loves to make folks feel at home.

The Evergreen Cabin has so much to offer. It is close to the Big Thompson River running though Aspen Brook's property, so it's perfect for those who love to fish. The comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath layout gives ample space and has lots of little extras like a wood burning fireplace, river facing deck with a natural gas grill and has a lot of repeat guests coming back for their mountain fix every year!

Evergreen is a part of Aspen Brook because of the location near the river, the lovely setting and the size. Whether it's one couple or a family of six, the cabin is just right. Managing this home at Aspen Brook is a dream come true. Star gazing is amazing since there are no street lights to obstruct views and the river facing deck is perfect for the summer nights.
