This property is outstanding. The residence was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The peace and tranquility that the deck offers, overlooking the river, is fantastic. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything one needs. The location is very good with easy access to RMNP and the downtown district. The hosts were excellent, proactive, and very responsive. This quickly became our "favorite place" in Estes and we cannot wait to come back and book the property in the future.

This home is right on the Big Thompson River with wildlife right outside the door. It is a beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, close to town and restaurants. Communication with the host is fantastic. A wonderful place to stay.

This was our second summer renting this gorgeous home and we can’t wait to return. With four adults and two kids it was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Mornings and evenings spent on the balcony overlooking the Big Thompson River and enjoying all the deer, elk, turkeys and other critters. Sue was an outstanding host with amazing communication and customer service. Don’t hesitate on booking this house!!

Enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful, clean and in a great location. Easy access to town and the south entrance to the National Park. Country Store is right down the road and much calmer than Safeway on the opposite side of town. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. We will be going back.

Beautiful view of th Big Thompson River from a wall of windows. We watched a herd of mule deer walk below us and a flock of turkeys. In th RMNP we saw wildlife each day. Our host made the stay easy and offered information about restaurants and attractions. The home is close to town although we didn’t need to go there once we were settled in. Beds are comfortable and furniture is mountain perfect. I hope we can stay in this property again.

The place was amazing! The host was amazing! The property was close to the park and close to town. We also loved walking the trail to the coffee shop each morning. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Amazing house. Having the river right outside the back door was so peaceful. The sprawling windows in the living area made us feel like we were taking in the views all week long. Opening the back door let in the cool air and the calming sound of the water. Plus our kids loved “hiking” on the rocks!The host was incredible. Reached out with great tips for our first trip to Estes Park and when we had an issue with the oven, they reimbursed us for a meal when we had to order food instead of cooking as planned. Would absolutely stay here again

Mulligans Lodge beyond exceeded our expectations! The bay window views of the River was AMAZING!! I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing & fun vacation!

Super clean and well stocked home! And that’s on top of the perfect location. I was so sad to leave the sound of the river behind but loved our 3 days easily moving from in town activities to the National Parks. All of the recommendations of places to eat or things to do were spot on and so appreciated. I can’t wait to go back to Eates some day and this place would be on my list to stay again!
