à propos de cet hébergement
A Serene Luxury Villa in the Perfect Provence Location
Immerse yourself into this luxurious Provence holiday villa with heated pool set on its own private grounds with vineyard, olive grove, pétanque court and more. The fully restored Provençal farmhouse combines modern comfort with traditional features, and unobstructed views of the magnificent Provençal landscape. The prime location allows for easy day trips to charming nearby towns and villages, where you can savor local cuisine, explore bustling markets, enjoy the seaside beaches and more.
More Detailed Description
At Mas Des Avelines, time slows down. Mornings begin with birdsong and espresso on the terrace. Afternoons are for sun-soaked vineyard visits, coastal excursions, or a refreshing dip in the pool. Evenings bring apéritifs under the stars and the soft hum of cicadas, as the day winds down in golden Provençal light.
The house itself is perfectly designed for comfort and connection, featuring:
âą Five spacious ensuite bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for restful retreats. Each room sleeps at two people, with space for additional beds upon request.
âą A fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, induction stovetop, two dishwasher, two refrigerators, two freezers, and all the pots, pans, dishes and tools youâll need to cook, serve, or entertain with ease. (A private chef can also be arranged.)
âą An outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove, BBQ, sink and dishwasher, along with all the necessities to enjoy al fresco dining by the pool.
âą Several indoor and outdoor dining areas with fireplaces, pizza oven and other amenities ideal for long lunches, festive dinners, or morning coffee with a view.
âą A comfortable living room with satellite/digital TV, a cozy fireplace, and a Sonos stereo system for setting the mood, day or night.
An Ideal LocationâPrivate, Yet Perfectly Positioned.
Though wonderfully secluded, Mas Des Avelines is accessible to virtually everything you need or would ever want to do in Provence - whether you`re looking to explore provencal/medieval villages, taste wines at local vineyards, bathe in the sun and shop at the many seaside towns/beaches, enjoy fine dining or anything else - you can find it all within 20 minutes from the villa.
For those looking for an authentic provencal village experience, the villa is just a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the charming center of Le Brulat, where youâll find a welcoming bar/tabac (highly recommended for lunch), a traditional boulangerie, and a neighborhood restaurant. The larger village of Beausset is just 5 minutes away, as is the the postcard-perfect, medieval village of Le Castellet, with its cobbled lanes, artisan boutiques, and panoramic views across the Bandol wine region.
For seaside adventures, the beaches of Sanary, Bandol, Saint-Cyr, La Ciotat, and Cassis are all 15- 25 minutes awayâperfect for sunbathing, sailing, shopping or sampling freshly caught seafood. The port city of Toulon is also only 20-25 minutes away, with more restaurants, museums, a beautiful `old town` area and everything else you`d want (or expect) in a bigger provencal city.
Wine (and food) lovers will appreciate being in the heart of the Bandol AOC, home to some of the most celebrated rosés and complex reds in all of France. Many many vineyards nearby offer tastings and private tours. And, for the foodies, there is no shortage of incredible restaurants including many Michelin rated ones, very close by (20 minutes or less).
For those looking for other adventures, the villa is located in the Saint Baume National Park, where you can explore the hundreds of beautiful, scenic hiking trails. Cyclists can enjoy touring the winding provencal roads through vineyards, olive groves and local villages. You can also enjoy many of the local attractions including a Zoo, water park, amusement park and, even, race cars (or go-carts) at the world-famous Circuit Paul Ricard. All just 10-20 minutes away.
And, for those wanting to go a bit further out, you can explore larger cities (more restaurants, museums, shopping, etc.) such as Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, dozens of other beautiful provencal villages, vineyards and more within an hour (or less).
So, whether youâre planning a romantic escape, a stylish family holiday, or an unforgettable group getaway, Mas Des Avelines is your invitation to live beautifully. With its sunlit terraces, peaceful gardens, cultural treasures nearby, and thoughtful amenities throughout, itâs more than a vacation rentalâitâs a destination all its own.
Unplug. Unwind. Pour a glass of something local. Let Provence show you how luxury feelsâwhen it`s lived slowly.
Please respect the villa and treat it as though it were your own.
Absolutely no diving into the pool and no running in the pool area.
No smoking inside the villa.
Do not touch the perimeter fence. It is electric and will hurt.
Do not place any hot or wet items on any counters or tables. Use coasters, placemats or hot plates.
Please close the outdoor umbrellas after use, as the winds can get strong.
If you need help with anything or something is not meeting your satisfaction, please let us know immediately. (We canât fix what we donât know about.)
Have fun and enjoy the villa, grounds and all the region has to offer.
