Venez profiter de journées de plage paresseuses et de nuits relaxantes dans notre retraite de plage spacieuse. Cette maison à aire ouverte de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain a beaucoup d'espace pour vous étendre et vous faire comme chez vous. Trois porches couverts, un foyer extérieur et votre propre bassin profond agrandissent encore plus votre espace de vie. La cuisson du dßner est facile dans la grande cuisine ou sur le gril du dos, mais les excellents restaurants du 30a vous séduiront également.
Les sables blancs sucrés du golfe sont à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo, à travers notre communauté fermée à Watersound West Beach et à travers la promenade pittoresque qui traverse les dunes de sable protégées de Deer Lake State Park. Profitez des eaux calmes du rare lac cÎtier Deer ou promenez-vous sur les plages tranquilles au bord des magnifiques eaux bleues du golfe

Best vacation (again)

This is the second time we stayed in this house and it was perfect yet again. Our family of 9 (ages 80 - 14) loved every minute. We had a minor Wi-Fi issue when we arrived that was totally our fault and the owner and property manager were very responsive and understanding of our mistake. Hope to stay again next year!

We had such a terrific stay. There was more than enough space for our group of six, and it’s location to the beach and pool made allowed us to have a great time. We were grateful to have found such a comfy place!

Great location

We love the subdivision and the private beach. We also like the size of the house. This was our third time staying here. Not sure if the cleaning company has changed but the cleanliness was not up to previous standards. The grill had not been cleaned. The garage refrigerator had not been cleaned and had about an inch of some liquid in the bottom drawer . The floors had swept but not mopped in a while.

Fantastic week!

This was one of the best places we have stayed for our family vacation. Property was clean, plenty of space and the private beach was PERFECT! Bit of a walk to the beach but my 75 & 78 yr old parents made it just fine. Kids loved the bikes and the neighborhood pool!

Our second stay

As usual, we found the house clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking/biking and was very quiet. It’s close to The Perfect Pig and the Florida Fish House both of which we highly recommend. All in all, a great getaway from the craziness of the world!

Great for a quiet and calm getaway

The property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and tidy and matched the listing descriptions. My family and I were very happy with the location and its proximity to the community pool and beach. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wonderful property!

Loved the house- better than description - and the neighborhood, and beach. Etc. Loved the chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc., fire pit and plunge pool. Reg pool is nice too. Great week at the beach.

Another amazing stay at Watersound West

This property was our 6th on Watersound west (it is our go to on 30A) and we had another wonderful stay. The house is immaculately kept, perfect for a family much larger than ours (we have 3 young boys). The kitchen is huge and it’s great having the grill setup for all the fresh seafood we were grilling. We had a very responsive experience as well with the landlord which was great. Would love to come back here next year!

Perfect beachside getaway

We had a fantastic 2nd annual stay at this beachside rental! The accommodations were top-notch—well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had a minor issue with an appliance, but it was resolved swiftly and smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. The neighborhood and amenities were perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation home

We are a family of 8 ranging in age from 16 to 80. We have been coming to 30A for 16 years, first to Rosemary Beach now WaterSound West and this is by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house was perfect, plenty of room to spread out or gather to play games. The outdoor spaces were great, after a day at the beach we loved lounging by the plunge pool. The house was well appointed with all the necessities.

It is always a wonderful time when we can get away and vacation along 30A.

I would like for the home sponsor to contact me. The home is beautifully appointed and the same for the neighborhood. Some TLC is needed in some areas of the home.

Another great stay

Our 3rd straight summer at this property! The beach is a 15 minute walk, but we managed with the provided wagons. A big pro is that this area of the beach is so much less crowded than the public area. Our kids (ages 6, 4, and 2) had a great time in the community pool, and we loved having the plunge pool available when we were home for naptime. The house was very clean and true to the photos with lots of areas for our group to spread out!

Amazing

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is one of a kind! The house is huge and well stocked. The walk to the pool and beach is easy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this house to family’s looking to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Cozy Gem

This house was such a hidden treasure. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home was extremely clean and very nicely appointed. The plunge pool was a great bonus! We absolutely loved our stay. A note for improvement: The upstairs King room mattress could use replacing-it felt really old and squeeky. Overall, our week was magic. The home was perfect for our family and so very comfortable.

2024 Thanksgiving Week

Great house to have a family thanksgiving celebration. Even had guest entertainment from Frank the black bear. He only tried to help with the garbage collection in the neighborhood. He’s not much on the clean up. Teenagers had some wild life education. Cleanest gas grill I’ve ever had at a 30A rental. Some of the bikes need a little attention with fenders on tires. Great house! Pool is a great bonus.

House was awesome. The kids used the pool more than we thought they would! Bikes need maintenance but they worked. Grill and screened porch were perfect for meals. We picked up buddy’s seafood across the street most nights. Master bed is very firm. We didn’t think we would like it because it seemed hard. But in hindsight our backs didn’t hurt so we’re wondering if we need one. 😂

Wonderful beach vacation!

We just enjoyed a week stay here and everything was perfect! This beach house was even better than the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals during our stay. The house had 6 bikes, beach cart, wagon, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. No need to bring anything for the beach. We’re a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and we were able to bike with all of our beach things for the day. The bike ride is about 7 minutes from the house across a boardwalk that crosses sand dunes and an area of water. It’s a very beautiful ride. The community pool and the house’s own plunge pool were also very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed biking/walking around to see all of it. The neighborhood is about 10 minutes away from Publix and there are several restaurants close by. We biked to the Big Chill for shopping and restaurants. Great location and beautiful home! The property manager is also amazing. She’s quick to respond and very helpful. We only had one issue and she had maintenance there within a few hours to resolve the problem.

Great house on 30A

Everything about this house was great. Very large, much larger than it appears in the pictures, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We've stayed in several houses on 30A and this has to be one of the most well appointed ones. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes, or a 5 minute bike ride, but it is worth the extra distance since you will not be piled up on top of people on this area of Watersound Beach, compared to some of the other communities along 30A, we like this area for how quiet it is. The garage had several bikes and enough beach gear to accommodate our entire group. I also appreciated the very nice BBQ grill with a direct gas connection (no tank), I can't tell you how many homes I've been to where the tank is out. We'll definitely be back to this house.

Great House/location best on 30A

We (family 0f 10 ages 9-66) loved this house. We have stayed on 30A for many years. This is our favorite house we have stayed in. There was plenty of room to spread out. The water pressure and hot water was plentiful (that may seem like a small item but with 10 people hot water goes fast...we were never without hot water.) There is a boardwalk to the beach which is about .5 mile but it is a pretty walk so it wasnt too bad. There are several (6 or 7) bikes which you can ride to the beach which our grandsons did most days. The beach itself was not crowded. plenty of room to spread out and no restrictions. close to lots of restaurants and shopping etc. but not cluttered in the area of the house. The pool was nice and we used it a couple of days on the way from the beach back to the house. Overall, the best place we have ever stayed on 30A.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The house was fantastic. David, the host, was most accommodating. There were ten of us (4 grandparents, 2 parents and 4 grandchildren (18, 16, 12 & 10). Plenty of room for everyone! And TWO refrigerators! Seven (I think) bicycles, beach wagon and other beach amenities. We all had a wonderful time! About .6 of a mile to the beach, but plenty of private area. Very large pool. Beautiful, Spacious, Great Location!

Our group of two families had a lovely week at “Lazy Summers Day” for Thanksgiving 2022. I don’t think the photos do this home justice—-it was so roomy, and several updates have been made, including a bed in the upstairs TV area! The home was clean and beautiful, wonderfully appointed, and had the perfect central location to all of 30A. We enjoyed the 1.5 mile bike ride to “The Big Chill” several times, and found the ride to Seaside to be an easy 3.5 mile trek as well. The pool at the house was able to be heated and was great even with the cooler temps. We enjoyed the Watersound West pool, as well! The walk to the beach is relatively quick, and the beach area immediately outside the boardwalk was blissfully uncrowded. We had everything we needed to prep Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the meal out on the screened in first-floor patio. The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be to update the bikes at the property, as they’re showing wear and tear and were no longer very reliable, even after we did some preventative maintenance upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this property and would love to return someday!
