Unité au rez-de-chaussée juste en face d'une grande piscine bien entretenue, d'un bain à remous et d'une salle de travail. C'est un 3 br 2b les salles de bains sont grandes avec une grande walk in closet en mater br. Vous adorerez l'emplacement en marchant à la piscine, vous êtes en plein milieu de nombreux restaurants, boutiques, points de vente et très proche des choses que les enfants ont à faire. C'est un trajet direct vers la plage publique (le Hang Out) est l'endroit où vous arrivez à la plage publique, il faudra 5 minutes pour y arriver, il y a des téléviseurs dans les chambres et un 42 po dans le salon, le lecteur de DVD, le fer et tout Sinon, vous devez faire vos vacances complètes. Le quai est un court trajet en voiture, à environ 7 minutes et il y a 2 grands parcs de balle dans les 7 miles.

Memorial Weekend

The property was cleaned, we were gone most of the time there.. My family really enjoyed the spacing in the property. The owner was one of the best to talk to and address any concern timely.

Gulf Shores

This property was all we hoped it would be. Clean, neat comfortable. Location was great as well. We didn't spend much time there except to sleep but what we did was very nice. I would definitely reach out for this one if we are in the area again

Great location for sportsplex!

Overall the condo was nice! The tv in the middle bedroom didn’t work and we had several lights/bulbs that didn’t work but no biggie. The hall bathroom shower could use a good scrub on the grout but we just wore our flip flops in there. The unit is in need of some more silverware. Overall a great location, very friendly people, great pool, and nice condo! Owner is very helpful and available for any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

A nice place to stay, convenient to everything, and owner is wonderful!

This property was very nice, clean and convenient to everything including Lulu's Restaurant, Pelican Plaza (Target), Publix grocery store, Fort Morgan, and the beach. Most of our drives were 5-15 minutes if that (except to Fort Morgan- that was a bit longer). It was easy to get in and out of the property. The pool was nice and well maintained. The complex is quiet. The owner is great and easy to get in touch with. I actually picked this property because of the beach themed interior decor in the pictures. A lot of properties I looked at had horrible decor - definitely not warm and inviting. It also looked really nice and clean. I definitely recommend this property to families or singles or for a girls getaway especially if you plan on being out and about Gulf Shores. Thank you!

Summer 2021

I have waiting a bit before leaving a review so I could process. We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. I normally don't travel to the beach during such a busy time of year but baseball brought us here earlier this time. Prime time and it was BUSY! We did have a hiccup as soon as we arrived. VRBO had the unit listed wrong. It was not T1 it was B2. So we literally walked into someone's home and thank the Lord we did not get shot. Susan was quick to correct and we arrived at the right place. The housing community was quiet which I enjoyed that. Pool and hot tub I would rate at a 8 out 10. Unit is very close to the pool which was perfect! Could have been a little cleaner. The unit was clean and was as described on VRBO. Beds were comfy. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels. I have been lucky I suppose in previous trips and the units I have stayed in provided beach towels and even has beach umbrella and such. This one did not and that is okay. I did however have the owner call multiple times to remind us to keep the patio door closed. She was afraid of snakes. She even brought us donuts. Very nice of her. This however is the first time staying anywhere that I heard from the owners so many times. Which ultimately made me not be able to relax. I did feel a little watched over.

Comfortable condo

The location is just as described—convenient to the public beach and close to many other diversions. The condo was very close to the pool, which we also enjoyed. Everything was very clean. It was a good place for our family.

Quiet and Great Location

This is a great property and very nicely appointed. Check-in/out was very easy. On a personal note, I worked perfect for our family. Our little girl is handicapped, so having the parking space right outside, being on the ground floor, and being that close to the pool helped her to not have to walk so far. We would love to stay again. Wish we didn't have to leave.

Perfect for our little group of 5

The condo is tucked away in a quiet area about 5 miles from the actual beach. It was so much easier to avoid significant traffic when going to have meals or tours. The kiddos had a great time in the pool. The boys had a room. The girls had a room. And I had my own room with a bath!! We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were extremely responsive prior to my stay. Given this was my first 'VRBO,' I didn't know the ropes and they kindly and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you!

Location close to sportsplex

Great location near sportsplex! The condo was clean and updated. We had a great time. We were never able to get wifi to work, even after multiple calls. Also check in was weird, I had to call the host to get the information, after my check in time. She was attentive on the phone and always answered. We would stay there again!

By far the best stay ever on vacation.

The property was perfect just as comfortable as home. It’s away from the crowd but close enough. Super clean and everything you need. The owner was very attentive to any question we had. I highly recommend this Condo it will make your stay very memorable.

Vacatation in Gulf Shores

The condo was just what we were looking for, plenty of room, clean and pool just across the parking lot . The owner was very helpful and was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything at all. We will stay again with her EXCELLENT LOCATION

Overall good & good location. Close to beach & all attractions.

We enjoyed our stay, and the place was neat and well kept. We found everything to be very clean with the exception of the floors. They needed a good cleaning. Also, the water in the master shower didn't work properly, but that wasn't much of an issue since there were two bathrooms. The TV also didn't work in the master bedroom. I would like to see toilet tissue and paper towels provided next time as we had to buy our own, and I would think a couple of rolls would generally be provided. The pool area was nice, clean, and well kept. Overall, we were pleased with the trip.

Loved this place.

I stayed the week with two teenagers and an 11 year old and we could not have asked for a better place. The place was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the air stopped working one morning. I called Susan. She answered and had someone out to fix it immediately. It is the closest unit to the pool, which was great for my kids. It's in a good location. Not far to drive to the beach, attractions, restaurants, or shopping. The grounds are beautiful here as well. We even chose to make our family pictures around the front pond, water fountain, and water fall as opposed to the usual beach. They have benches around the pond and beautiful landscaping. I couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay. We will come back. And I would certainly recommend this place to others.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great trip. Enough space for everyone. Everything was nice and clean. We were on the go most of the time but did take time to enjoy the pool which was very nice. The owner was very helpful and contacted us right away about being able to check in sooner. We would stay again.

Excellent place! It's clean and spacious. The lady is very nice and quick to respond. It's cheap and great quality! The condo is right by the pool which is very convient! Would recommend anytime!

The condo was great! Spacious and comfy. Makes you feel like you're at the beach even though you're not on the beach. The commute to and from beach is easy and short. Conveniently located close to grocery and food. We loved it!

Satisfied as Advertised

We found the rental property to be everything we expected when we committed to it. I really like the location and the overall property area is well kept, clean and inviting. We had no complaints.

We love the beach, and would move there if it wasn't for my husband business, and our grandchildren. We bought the condo so we could go anytime we wanted, we love Gulf Shores

This a very well kept condo very clean and in a excellent location to all the shopping, Tanger outlets, grocery shopping and lots of great restaurants . Its a very short ride to the beach and you arrive at a public beach with lots of parking, the very large pool is just a few steps from the condo, washer and dryer in the unit
