Spacieuse unitĂ© de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain dans un complexe Ă  faible densitĂ© est situĂ©e au cƓur du golfe offre une vue sur le golfe et la petite lagune Le grand balcon avec siĂšges est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Le salon offre un canapé-lit, 2 chaises d'appoint confortables et une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont adjacentes au salon. La cuisine contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un repas fait maison ou une collation sur le chemin de la plage. La salle à manger a une table avec des siÚges pour 6 et des siÚges adjacents avec quatre tabourets au bar.

La chambre principale a un lit King size avec coffre, un grand placard et une télévision. Le Master Bath privé a une douche debout et une baignoire de jardin, avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit Queen avec commode et un grand espace de rangement. La chambre trois, ou le coin des enfants, offre deux lits superposés et une commode.

Bien que Spinnaker Pointe soit situĂ© juste en face de la plage, il n’ya pas d’accĂšs direct Ă  la plage en face. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage est situĂ© Ă  l'est d'environ 2 pĂątïżœïżœs de maisons et constitue un accĂšs public avec passage pour piĂ©tons, parking si vous dĂ©cidez de conduire et toilettes publiques.

Les attractions à proximité sont: Waterville USA, golf miniature, Fort. Morgan, centre commercial Tanger Outlet et centre commercial Pinnacle. Des terrains de golf exclusifs se trouvent également à proximité.

Spinnaker Pointe est situé entre Mobile et Pensacola. Biloxi, les casinos MS ne sont qu'à deux heures!

We enjoyed our stay, the amenities and essentials were readily avaliable for the unit. The decor was basic but all the essentials were in the unit. The deck was a great view of Lagoon and provided a comfortable area to relax and enjoy coffee or just the fresh air. Pier 33 grocery store is next door and provides wonderful quick access to essential missed on an early grocery run. A bit more costly but great for that extra bit of milk or bread or the breaking donuts.A big drawback for us returning to this particular unit was the intense mildew smell on arrival. The host sent the cleaning staff to take a look at the issue and make an attempt to resolve the issue. They attempted cleaning of bathroom a vent and provided some lysol spray. We opened the doors to air out, but the smell remained through our stay and was immediately recognized by our guests invited over for a meal. The air vent was new and there was no obvious water damages, but something is hidden and needs a resolution to remedy that smell. Our biggest concern was a child with asthma and we accommodated that with neighboring family staying in same complex without the smell of mildew. We love the area and have stayed in four different units at Spinnaker Pointe over the past 10 years even staying at a three of those units on multi visits with great satisfaction. We hope further remedy is provided to this lovely space to provide safe accommodation in the future. Let us know if remedied. We may put unit backin list

Family vacation

This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place
 We will definitely book again.

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

Gulf Shores rental

One of the main things that stopped me from giving full stars was that the unit was not cleaned well at all. There were food crumbs on the counter by the fridge, food in one of the dining room chairs, under the couch bed was filthy with trash and other things and the master bedroom had a bottle cap and paper under it. If you are outsourcing the cleaning, you may want to hire someone else who will actually clean the unit! Also, the BBQ grill that was listed in the add needs to be better explained since we brought food to be cooked on a grill thinking it was included right with our unit, only to find out it was a shared one no where near our unit. The unit was a great size for the family we brought and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Don’t worry, beach happy!

The room was really nice. It’s on the third story, and when you sit on the back porch, you can see the ocean waves. I wish I could live here all the time. I just want anybody else to know that the management company is super great. We had a couple tiny issues and they handled it right away. I highly recommend this place to anybody who’s interested in staying in the gulf Shores. The towels were perfect. The beds were amazing and this place had everything you would ever think you might need. We even found a flower sifter in the cabinets. The people who manage this place are amazing. It’s pretty soundproof when all the doors and windows are shut. Downstairs in the little room where you park your car there’s tons of stuff to play with on the beach. This is the most incredible place the wife and I have ever stayed.

Great stay!

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star are the steps to get to the room. Two huge flight of stairs were definitely not ideal to go up and down multiple times a day. Anyone with handicap needs wouldn’t be able to stay here.

Going on a Crab hunt

We enjoyed the home and decor. Location is within close walking distance to various restaurants, bars, groceries, and gift shops. The beach access only a block away. Beds and room temps comfortable. Management promptly responded to unique issues that occurred with sink stopper and vent. While we lost access to part of the balcony due to preparing for some renovation we were able to work around it. Unfortunately with children that meant stop using the balcony during hours they were awake because there were large glass windows on the floor. The view was relaxing in the morning and early evening. Toys and a cart for beach were available at the unit. My only wish would be some form of convenience to get luggage and groceries up the stairs. A pully lift of some sort or elevator. Pack lite! Order delivery.

Overall Great Stay!

The vrbo itself was very nice, close to restaurants and the beach. The pool was nice and clean! i would definitely recommend. It is very spacious and the amenities were great. The cleanliness of the vebo could have been better. We found a kids toy in a bedroom, a sock, and food under the table upon arrival. The balcony door in the main bedroom also did not open. All minor issues that did not impact our stay but just a few things to be noted. Communication during our stay was not necessary but had issues getting in touch with the agent at the time of booking.

Good Location, needs detail cleaning

Good location near the beach and main attractions. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Couple things about the condo the floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good first stay with using VRBO.

Great place! Very comfortable and close to the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very easy to book and the property manager was very helpful. They also let us check in a few hours earlier. Proximity to the beach was great (right across the street). We had one small appliance issue and the property manager had someone come fix it early the next day. Great place. Recommended.

This property needs some upkeep. Sinks were clogged walls dirty and need fresh paint. Bathroom and bedroom drawers were dirty. These should be wiped after each guest. Glad I brought cleaning supplies. I have high standards of cleanliness when I’m paying thousands of dollars to stay somewhere is should be clean. Property manager was quick to respond to issues. Dishwasher flooded while we were gone and was not fixed for our stay. Location was really great and close to everything. About 40 stairs to get to rental so beware if your older.

Wonderful Stay!

It was our family’s first trip to Gulf Shores and we couldn’t of had a better time. We loved the location of the property. Right around the corner from everything! Our unit was beautiful just as described and we had 0 complaints! We hope to visit again soon!
