Great location and excellent place to stay for families. The unit had everything you can need- including beach chairs and gear perfect to enjoy Poipu Beach. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and all information needed was easily accessible. One of the best villas we have vacationed in.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The master bedroom upstairs was such a joy. The views were amazing and the place was well kept. We had everything we needed and the location to walk to the beach was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be staying again.

This property was incredible for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of comfortable & open living space to enjoy family time. We utilized the kitchen & close by grills for eating in. The views are incredible from both ends of the condo and the walk to the beaches was pleasant and easy. Access to boogie board beaches, snorkeling and swimming. I'd suggest packing water shoes as some of the water is very rocky. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella included! (just need a 4 pack of pickle ball equipment :) ) There is no central air, but the air flow in the condo is incredible...(AC in lower bedroom) Highly recommend this spot!

This place was perfect for our family of five. It’s right next to Poipu Beach and the beach park, which made everything so convenient. Our favorite parts were going for evening turtle watching, walking around the property, and being close to the children’s play area. The place itself was clean and had a lovely tropical vibe.

We have stayed in this community many times and this was our favorite unit so far. The home had everything you would need, was very clean and well cared for. The location to the beach is great. We would definitely come back and stay again. Mahalo.ps. not sure if the door to the downstairs bedroom is a complete door, because we were not able to shut it all the way for privacy.

Everything was perfect! The managers were super responsive, the unit was clean and well equipped, and the location is fantastic! The only downside is the daily (early morning) leaf blowers. They sound like a dentist drill (very loud) and goes on for hours. It really did disrupt our peaceful mornings on the lanai.

Perfect location in paradise Poipu
It was our first time to any Hawaiian island and the condo is perfect- very big, great light, modern amenities, great location, quiet. Walkable and beautifully maintained.

Baseball family trip
We were here for a tournament. Perfect place to relax and have other families over. Lots of space! Nice layout for entertainment or just relaxing. Super close to the beach and pools. Love staying here.

Perfect for our family of 5
It was within walking distance of Poipu beach which was wonderful for our three children (3,7, and 8 years old). Our place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed and more. We were provided beach towels which was great! If we come to Kauai again we plan on staying here again.
