Entièrement meublé 3 chambres 2 salles de bains disponibles en soirée, hebdomadaire et mensuelle. Cette unité a une vue avec votre propre patio privé. La salle à manger peut accueillir huit personnes confortablement. Il y a un salon attrayant et reposant. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit king dans la chambre d'amis et quatre lits superposés dans la troisième chambre. Vous serez à quelques minutes de l'allée privée menant à la plage. Le salon, la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis comprenaient tous de grands téléviseurs à écran plat avec des chaînes étendues. Quick spring break trip

Property was in a good location and pretty much everything you would expect from a St. Augustine condo experience. Atmosphere was laid-back and accepting of young children being able to play.

I will definitely returned it was clean, very well set up. Everything was as it should be, owners did a great job decorating the propery. Thanks for giving us great memories. The beach are beautiful my girl had a wonderful time with her friends.

Very nice condo

The condo was very comfortable and pleasant. The location was great. A short walk to the beach. The housekeeping could have been improved. The microwave had not been cleaned from the last guest as well as the mirror in the master bath. There was toothpaste on the hand held mirror sitting on the counter. There were other small things which made us feel that a thorough job of cleaning had not been done. We did enjoy our stay, however even thou we think maybe housekeeping could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at Colony Reef and we again had a fantastic time. The location is great the staff is fantastic. Even had the overnight officer knock on our door to let us know our interior light was on in our car. My family and I truly have enjoyed our experiences here. However when we went to book again the same two rooms we have stayed in are approx $1400.00 more each. We found that to be very disheartening. We wanted to come back yr after yr like so many of the wonderful families that we have met there. But that big of a price hike seems very excessive. And we as a family are having to re think whether or not to come back. That makes me sad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and updated as the pictures showed. We were happy with the space and the location on the property. Check in & out was very easy and everyone we met was helpful. I do have some recommendations- more towels, we had 8 people and were only given 6 towels. Also, more forks/spoons are needed. But overall we would rent this unit again!

A Rental that Feels like “Home!”

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being from a wintery State, with retirement, we now like to head to Florida for a couple months each winter. However, the old adage of - “There’s no place like Home” is often the truth. We have experienced that feeling for the previous 6 years we have rented, until this year. This Condo not only is well appointed, but you can feel the thought and love the owners have put into it, with the comfort of their guest, most in mind. As soon as I walked in, I got an immediate feeling of “home.” It is also our second year of renting from Colony Reef, and I can’t say enough words as to how well managed and maintained it is. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotlessly clean, which with Covid was a very main concern of ours this year. They are extremely prompt in addressing any issues or services you may need. The complex has great amenities and is in a great location with easy access to the local restaurants and attractions. We already look forward to our next winter here.

We had a great stay and are thinking of coming back during spring break. The only thing that could be better is that this condo did not have a view of anything but some trees and bushes, otherwise it was great!

There is a pool on the property and just a short boardwalk to the beach. There is also a large area for children to play. All of the units we have stayed in have been in good condition. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Colony Reef.

The light/fan in one of the bedrooms came on in the middle of the night a couple of nights which woke us up. We think someone staying in a condo next to us had the same frequency for their fan or light. Also, the smallest bedroom is very cold at night with the air conditioning blasting.

If you want the perfect place....

Just a few steps to the outside pool as well as the beautiful beach and ocean. The staff was so helpful and made us feel as if wewe were old friends.The property is very well taken care of. Everyone takes pride in what they do.We would definitely recommend the Colony Reef for a restful get away. We hope come to The Colony Reef Club, You'll love it. By the way.....the restaurants are great too. Just ask the girls in the office, they'll letyou know the good ones. Hope to see you at the Colony Reef.
