La chambre principale au troisiĂšme Ă©tage a des vues spectaculaires. Vous voulez ĂȘtre plus haut car les dunes de sable ont grandi et il est difficile de voir l'ocĂ©an depuis le premier Ă©tage. LittĂ©ralement Ă  seulement 200 marches de la magnifique plage de Saint Augustine. C'EST VOTRE CHOIX: REPOS ET RELAX ou SOYEZ ACTIF ET AVENTURIER.
Regardez un lever de soleil pittoresque avec votre cafĂ© et les nouvelles quotidiennes de vos terrasses privĂ©es en regardant directement l'ocĂ©an. Dans la soirĂ©e, vous pouvez voir un coucher de soleil colorĂ© depuis le balcon donnant sur le lagon. Beautiful townhouse!! Excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. A very private and quiet complex. The home is stocked with everything you need during your stay. The bikes and beach supplies were much appreciated. We enjoyed a wonderful week watching the sun rise, walking the beach, touring downtown, bowling, putt putt golf and delicious dinners out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m sure you will too!

Location excellent for beach, historic Augustine, short drives. The beach access was protected clean and a short walk to magnificent beach. Pool was large, clean and beautiful but hot tub blower was not working. Views and balconies were amazing with great furniture. All beds and bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms did not have typical shampoo and soap dispensers but more than adequate Towel supply. Kitchen coffee makers and supplies great. The management team did not answer phone and I left message for call back and never received. Called back myself later in the day and got answer. Comfortable living room with view out the balcony.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The kitchen was fully equipped with ceramic and stainless steel cookware which is an instant win for us as we often bring our own cookware to avoid teflon pans. The access to the beach was right outside the house, with a wash for your feet and beach equipment right at the end of the walkway; the beach supplies were plentiful. The views were spectacular, we enjoyed sunrise on both 2nd and 3rd floor porches every morning. I hope to return for another serene beach stay!

We will be back. There was a little confusion with the check in process the owner gave us vs property management but it was minor. The place is super cool and really had everything you’d need (beach stuff including tons of toys for our little boys) as well as kitchen cookware. This was a wonderful place! Location was perfect, it was clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (not sure they’re always available). The kitchen had more then everything we needed. The balconies were great- especially the top floor with unobstructed ocean views. Close to restaurants, a quick drive to downtown shops in St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again! Many thanks to the host!

A week at the beach

This property was fantastic! The views were amazing it is well equipped and the host are some of the best we've had. We ran into a couple of issues that were totally our fault and the hosts were very fast to respond and always gracious with us. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier. The boardwalk is literally right out the door. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay at St. Augustine

The location is the first reason to pick this place, 5 mins walk from the beach and walking distance to restaurants around the area. The condo is really spacious and clean. 2 rooms in the first floor and the master bedroom in the third floor. The second floor is an open space for living room, dining table and kitchen. The condo is fully equipped with supplies, plenty of pillows, beach towels in the closet in the hallway and kitchen utensils...There is one thing needed to improve is adding an AC unit in the master bedroom. Even at night, it's too hot and humid for us to sleep there. Overalls, nothing else to complain about this place. 10/10. We definitely will book Seawinds 44 again if we have a chance to visit St. Augustine again.

Exceptional vacation home with gorgeous views of the ocean and beach

A beautiful vacation home for a girls getaway as well as a vacation for a family.Gorgeous views from every level - from the patio bedroom, to the deck off of the kitchen to watch the sunset, to the deck off of the living room, and then to the deck off of the master suite.I watched the sunrise, heard the sounds of the ocean, and drank my coffee every morning on the master suite deck and the living room deck.I walked on the beach every morning and went to the beautiful pool each day.I cannot wait to return again soon! I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Great location and lots of amenities

This is our second time staying here. It is a great location and an easy walk to the beach. There is only room for 1 car to park but open spots near the entrance for 2nd car. The garage is filled with beach chairs and bikes, beach toys, etc. This is a real perk for our group. I appreciate having access to the beach chairsKarol responds quickly to any issues or requests. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lovely outdoor pool. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful vacation spot

My husband and I traveled here with our 4 kids. The space is beautiful with plenty of spots to relax. The rooms were all so comfortable and everyone slept so good. While we were there we spent time at the beach, the pool and hot tub, and we went to downtown St Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. We especially liked the boardwalk to the beach and how it was so close. The beach is beautiful here. Our kids loved the pool. It was a very nice facility. Karol was so kind and made sure we didn't need anything while staying here. We will definitely be back when visiting St. Augustine, and we recommend this place to anyone visiting. It checks all the boxes so that you can have an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Excellent location and host

The condo is in a great location, and the home is filled with lots of amenities. Our only issue was getting in to the house upon arrival. Our instructions didn't mention pressing any button before the code, so we were locked out after several attempts. It wouldn't have been an issue except our multiple calls to the emergency line for the property manager were unanswered. Fortunately, I had the owner's phone number; she was so helpful and walked us through a different way to get inside. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to get started. We have already booked our return trip in March when our entire family will be joining us. We have access to bikes, tennis rackets, pool, beach, rafts, beach chairs, etc. I can hardly wait. Thank you, Karol.

St. Augustine Beach Front & Spectacular!!

Communication & Check In process were easy, smooth and timely. Great experience over all. The entire condo is exactly as pictured and SPECTACULAR location! Had a terrific 5 days mid-Dec 2024; sunrises are amazing and the condo was clean, roomy, inviting and made for a restful, relaxing stay. Will TOTALLY plan on a future return - thanks!

No better location/view

If you want ON the beach, there is no better spot. Most rooms (most of the beds even) have a view of the sunrise. Multiple balconies and a porch. Short boardwalk to the beach. Could bike or walk to food, grocery and coffee. Anything you need is most likely already in the condo. Three levels with kitchen/den on the middle level. Might be helpful to know that AC can't go below 70. We like to sleep cold so maybe not an issue for others. Super responsive hosts. Loved our time at this property.

Roomy, Oceanfront Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds 44. The location was fantastic-right on the ocean with gorgeous sunrises! Also near many great restaurants and not far from beaufiul downtown St. Augustine. The condo was clean and spacious. Loved having a half bath on middle level in addition to other full baths. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and was also spacious. Hosts Bob and Karol were quick to respond to our questions. Wonderful week long stay.

Spacious and Accommodating

Family really enjoyed this beach house with having great ocean views, lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Accommodations of beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and bikes to ride was a plus.

Excellent Overall Experience

The condo is in a great location with direct views of the beach. The kitchen is roomy and has everything you need. The grocery store, Publix is right down the road. The living room has comfortable furniture. The dining area is a little tight but has a solid table and 6 chairs. They provide beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach blanket, cruiser bikes, and other items. The ocean water was very comfortable and the beach has a very gradual slope which is great. The pool and hot tub area are a short walk but both in very good shape. There are a number of good restaurants in the area or you can take a short drive into the town of St. Augustine for even more stores, shops, eating. Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great Vacation Spot!

We had two weeks to enjoy Seawinds! My wife and I spent the first week together staying in the upstairs King suite with gorgeous view of the ocean with deck! Our kids with spouses and one grandchild joined us the second week. We moved to queen room downstairs. The accommodations were wonderful! We loved the BIG kitchen area! Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs! The beach wagon was great! With the boardwalk to the beach with no steps it helped move a lot of beach gear! Love the gate on boardwalk that has a keycode lock - keeps folks from coming up from the beach that are not staying at Sea Winds. Bob & Karol were very responsive! Whatever came up - they helped out. The location is excellent! Beach, pool, Publix, restaurants (enjoyed Sunset Grille, Mango Mangoes, Island Donuts, O'Steens (ordered takeout)). My wife and I did the Food & Wine Tour in St. Augustine. It was well worth the costs. Loved it! Our granddaughter loved the trolley tour in St. Augustine. It's a great way to get an overall tour of the city (step-on/step-off). Shops on St. George Street are worth a visit - while there, get a frozen drink at Boat Drinks. Staying for two weeks gave us time to relax and enjoy the moments. We would go back!
