Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bains en bord de mer est inégalé dans son emplacement et sa conception. Aucun détail n'a été négligé dans le mobilier, la literie, l'ajustement et les finitions, chaque détail a été couvert. Dès que vous franchirez la porte d'entrée, vous vous rendrez compte que vous avez pris la bonne décision. De la vue imprenable sur l'océan à une sensation haut de gamme mais confortable, le dollar de sable 301 sera un endroit dont vous parlerez jusqu'à votre retour. Cette unité est nouvelle pour Vrbo mais appartient et est gérée par mon Morucci Realty qui possède également l'unité 203 dans le même bâtiment.

We had a wonderful family reunion vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean, it was so lovely. My only suggestion might be to add another Adirondack chair. We will be back next year, same time, same place…..g

Absolutely perfect! Location, location, location!

Condo was immaculately clean and very very spacious. Master bedroom was mostly windows with a spectacular ocean view. Unbelievable sunrises. Host was super! Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful beachfront condo

We booked the condo for a much needed vacation and it definitely met our expectations. Easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views in a less crowded area really hit the mark. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our group. We also loved that it wasn’t too far to get to the local activities in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

Family memories!

Our stay in St. Augustine was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully appointed and the view is breathtaking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and most enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here. We are already talking about our return to this idyllic spot!!

Beautiful sunrise every morning

The property has easy access to the beach with a short walk and has beautiful ocean views and landscapes. The decor and furnishings are perfect especially with the added chairs requested on the balcony which the owner provided at our request. The info provided about restaurant dining was really helpful, too. Had a great time and would recommend a stay.

You’ll love this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a beautifully decorated unit, very updated with comfortable beds and furniture. Great location! Beautiful Views of the beach and from the front the intercoastal waterway and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend Sand Dollar Unit 301!

Beautiful unit and responsive hosts

Our annual week at the beach was even better this year having found this condo to stay in. We had a couple small issues with blinds and storm shutters, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out the next day to get them working. The condo is well appointed with all the basics. It was especially nice having a full size washer and dryer. We're already excited for next year!!!

Crescent Beach stay

The condo was spotless, and the view straight out to the ocean was beautiful. Private location and beach, although because of the hurricane damage there was no direct access to the beach from the condo (I saw this up and down Crescent Beach).

Peaceful retreat

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving week. It was so wonderful. This condo is on the corner and you have a fabulous view. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were very easy to get in touch with.

We just spent a week at this wonderful home. The owners have made this such a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing, the complex is very well-kept. Aside from being in a great location on Crescent beach, this condo was great! We had no problems at all, everything was exactly as we would want, clean, very nice and a 5 star view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!

Great Experience

This condo is beautifully decorated without the clutter that comes with a few others we are familiar with. It’s comfortable, well stocked, and spacious. The view can’t be beaten….gorgeous and peaceful. The location lends itself to as much activity as you want…..a short hop to St Augustine for some interesting and fun activities or the quiet of an uncrowded beach. It was a pleasure dealing with the responsive hosts.

Beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for my family of four and could've easily had a couple of more people. Views were amazing! We have been going to Crescent Beach for 10+ years and this is definitely one of the more updated condos that we have stayed in. The condo is on the third floor, which provides amazing views… The only challenge was the elevator was out in the building while we were there. It did not impact our vacation at all, but if anyone had a challenge with stairs, I recommend you ask about the elevator prior to arrival

The condo is very nice. It is clean and well kept with nice amenities provided.

We enjoyed the property, but found it a little isolating since there were few others around. We never saw another person at the pool which had full sun only a short time each day.
