CRC 2412 - Ocean View Condo Perfect for the Entire Family

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Under new ownership! Enjoy the wonderful view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean from this newly renovated and new to the rental program 4th floor condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped for a stay of any length and is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a renovated en suite bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has two twin beds.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Stay here! It’s the best!

This complex is one of the best to stay at in the beach area. It has a wonderful pool access to the beach and the units all have an amazing view. We loved the unit- it was modern & clean & amazing. The beds were super comfortable.

The room was nice and updated, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was exceptional.We enjoyed the modern kitchen, leather couch and chairs, and the hardwood look. The beach was very wide and flat with plenty of space. The ocean was clean looking and we saw dolphins a couple of days. We had outstanding service and communication with the front staff! I called after my son left his clothes in the dresser. The clothes were located, shipped back to me, and I even received a follow up call from Housekeeper, Charlene, making sure we received the packages.I almost forgot, the tennis court/pickle ball courts were a huge bonus! Also the security guard and gated entrance was a plus.I can’t say enough good things about Colony Reef. I can’t wait to go back!

The only thing I would say is if you want to drive in the beach in front of resort you will need 4 wheel drive. It's not a bad walk to the beach although if you plan on using a wagon to haul your stuff be prepared to have help lifting it up the stairs to the board walk to the beach. Don't understand why there is not a ramp instead of stairs, would be difficult for people with handicap.

Water pressure was an issue at times and the master bath toilet ran and did not fill without jiggling the knob. Some cart tires were flat when loaded with good. The improved landscaping was appreciated as well as new air conditioners.
