Living space
Large picture windows wrap the open-concept living area in natural light and frame sweeping ocean views from nearly every angle. Comfortable seating and a relaxed coastal feel make this the kind of space you'll want to linger in - whether you're catching a sunrise with coffee or winding down after a beach day.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and generous closet space. The third bedroom is set up with a twin daybed and trundle - a flexible option for families or additional guests - along with multiple work desks.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you need. A full dining table offers room for everyone to sit down together. The in-unit washer and dryer keep things fresh throughout your stay.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms - each with a walk-in shower - provide plenty of space and privacy for a full group. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.
 
Location
Step off the lanai and onto a direct beach access path leading straight to the white sands of Crescent Beach. The community pool, tennis courts, elevator, and two free parking spaces are all included. A short drive brings you to historic downtown St. Augustine and the Intracoastal Waterway - beachside ease with easy access to everything the area offers.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
