Récemment rénové avec tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers! Restez avec nous et vous trouverez que c'est votre nouvel endroit préféré pour les vacances. Nous avons l'une des vues les plus incroyables de notre balcon. Que vous voyagez avec votre spécial, ou que vous venez avec toute la famille, nous avons de la place. Notre condo est situé au 2ème étage (ascenseur disponible) et offre 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Tous les conforts et commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour relaxant sur la plage. Et oui, nous sommes sur la plage avec une belle vue depuis le condo. Détendez-vous sur le balcon, lisez un livre et écoutez les vagues calmes qui se jettent à terre.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size en peluche, d'une nouvelle téléviseur à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi. La chambre d'amis dispose également d'un lit king size et d'une nouvelle téléviseur à écran plat. La deuxième salle de bain est hors du couloir avec accès à la deuxième chambre. Dans la troisième chambre, le nid Crowe, il y a 2 lits jumeaux.

La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable avec des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est une cellier / buanderie avec nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Nous offrons un wifi haute vitesse pour vos appareils électroniques ainsi que pour les téléviseurs intelligents pour accéder à vos sites préférés comme Netflix, YouTube et Hulu.

Great Trip

The unit was well equipped and was perfect for our stay. The complex was very nice. Folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be the pool closed at dusk. Which was a bummer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Colony Reef is a great place for families. You have ocean views from every condo. The pool was big and I really like that it has shallow ends in both side with deep in the middle. This allowed kids to play on both sides. The open grass area was great for evening volleyball, corn hole, racquetball, etc. condos are very spacious and patio is good size for the whole family. The small third bedroom for kids was so cute and the kids loved it!

The Beach Was Nice!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the great location with a nice ocean view and beach access. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and nice. The condo itself was nice with a large balcony and plenty of room. Downside: 1 king bed was broken and we had to buy tools to repair it due to the timing of our arrival. Floor damaged - There were limited supplies - no condiments - 6 towels total for the 3 bedrooms. Condo personnel were friendly and gracious.

Nice location and great beach!

Very nice property and the accommodations were comfortable. Only thing I did not realize before booking is kids 12 and under were not allowed (even with adult supervision) in the hot tub and punishable with a hefty fine. For a December trip this was extremely inconvenient and was not listed in the VRBO listing at all. The unfortunate thing is I emailed the property manager before booking and asked if the pool was heated as it was important to my kids (outdoor pool is not / indoor pool is heated). The response mentions a hot tub but did not inform us of the rule. Clarifying that on the listing could help families with kids make an educated decision about using the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and updated. It was great to have two king size beds. There was everything we needed and just enough space. The gated resort is great (not the first time we've stayed here) with a huge pool (unheated), hot tub and great access to the beach. The provided two rolls of toilet paper, 4 small bar soaps for the bath and 2 packs of dishwasher soap. Plan to provide everything else yourself (papertowel, tissue, baggies, coffee filters, etc.). There were beach chairs but no beach towels. I would definitely rent this place again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property clean! I'm giving it a "2". It had ants and little roaches. When we call to the office. I don't know who I talk to was very rude on the phone until I told them what we had. I went out and got bug spray because no one ever showed up just the plumber. One of the bath tubs was clogged. I know a very Nice Man came out and fix that. I Thank him for that. But I think some of the office people need to work on there office skills. One of the beds mattresses was so uncomfortable. It was raised in the middle and we could hardly sleep well on it. I even went up to the office to ask about the checklist and she was trying to tell me that I did not rent through you guys as I did and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. I do know there's a very nice lady that had her own office that working up front she a sweet heart sorry I didn't remember your name you get a #5 everyone else gets a #1-2.We felt like overall we had a good time, but the quality and pest control needs to be worked on, as does your staffs friendliness. I would recommend others to stay but to also caution them about the staff and the bugs.
