# 306 à Compass Point est une spacieuse chambre / 1 unité de bain avec un grand balcon. Tant le salon et la chambre (2 lits queen) ont une vue sur le lagon et la piscine extérieure. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, élimination, micro-ondes et four. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 et le bar a deux tabourets. Le salon et la chambre ont tous les deux un écran plat T. V. 's avec un DVD dans le salon. La salle de bain a un lavabo séparé de la douche / baignoire et des toilettes. Il y a 2 piscines, une grande piscine extérieure et une piscine intérieure chauffée. C'est une unité très confortable pour une famille de 2 à 4. Doit être âgé de plus de 25 ans vieux à louer. Non-fumeurs seulement, s'il vous plaît.

Great Condo with easy beach access

Very nice condo that has almost everything you need for your stay with easy access to the beach. Some close hangers in the bedroom closest would be a nice addition.

Perfect location

Nice older condos. Has everything you need and more. Very clean and cute. Location is perfect for everything. Fish right in lagoon from property, swim in the pool, hang out on the balcony or head across the street for the beach!

Lovely stay and condo

The property was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the outdoor pool was nice to have. Angela the property owner was extremely helpful and offered entertainment and dining options.

Excellent Stay!

Rental is exactly as described! Beautiful views of the lagoon. We enjoyed fishing, sunsets, and lounging by the pool. We will be returning!!

Great vacation spot!

My family of four had a great week at this property! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lagoon from the spacious porch and house, especially the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped with all the essentials. Easy access to the nice pool and a short walk to the beach. Owner was also great to work with. Would definitely return for another trip!

Great location and views

This place was great to stay in regards to location. Beautiful views all around. The complex had a lot of amenities and fun things to do. The beach was a short distance but you would need a wagon to take all your belongings. The unit had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Communication with the hostess was prompt, and the property was clean and well managed. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony because it overlooked the lagoon and made for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy meals. The walk to the beach was short, but we also took advantage of the nearby public parking a couple of times. We would stay at this location again.

Perfect location and property!!

The property had everything we could want or need. The view is amazing! It’s a very short walk to easy beach access. The owner (Angela) is SO nice and accommodating and responds promptly to any and all questions. Absolutely LOVED our stay and will definitely have to plan a trip to come back!! THANK YOU!

Cozy condo in a great location

The location was perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to the beach, and a short distance from shops and restaurants. My husband fished from the pier every night. Condo was cozy for just the two of us, but would be fine for families with younger children, in my opinion. Condo was clean and well maintained.

As pictured, clean, beautiful, and perfect for an affordable vacation!

We were very impressed with the complex and the condo itself. Perfect for a family of four with small kids. We enjoyed watching the birds on the lagoon, hermits off the dock and swimming in the pool. It's also an easy walk to the beach. We went everyday!! My husband had to work from the condo and few days and the wifi was great, fast, and easy to use. The trip exceeded my expectations! Thanks for such a beautiful place to stay and easy accomidations!!

Perfect Place for us and the Grands!

Took our grandsons (ages 7 and12) to Gulf Shores for Spring break. This place is PERFECT. Overlooks the pool, so we could sit on balcony and watch them in the pool. Also, they LOVED the sand beach on the bay for catching hermit crabs and slugs. Very short and easy walk (5 min?) to the beach. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. All other guests were quiet and friendly, very laid back vibe. We will be back.

Perfectly satisfying for the entire family.

The condo was perfect. The location is so nice and relaxing yet close to beach access as well as minutes away from the center point of Gulf Shores. I was able to enjoy relaxing and just being in the condo, taking my grand baby down to the pool to swim,step just a couple feet over and allow him to do some crabbing, play in the water and sand at the lagoon as well as have beach access with somewhere to park and walk across. My oldest daughter was close enough to get to the center point and enjoy the Hang Out and all the shops nearby along other enjoying the pool, lagoon, and beach while my youngest was spending time with her friends at the many places to eat and go for the younger crowds but yet enjoyed the pool and beach as well. There is just so much I could say. We will be back.

Best Kept Secret in Gulf Shores!

As soon as we walked into 306 Compass Point, I squealed because it was SO cute! Originally booked for Hangout Fest 2020, Angie was BEYOND accommodating and in constant communication with me when it came to adjusting on the fly thanks to Covid-19 and the cancelation of the festival. We selected a new date in July, and it was worth the wait. The condo was spotless upon arrival, and had definitely been super cleaned and prepped for our arrival, including individually wrapped everything so we could be confident things were safe. The beds were the comfiest beds I've ever slept in in a place not my own, and all of the furnishings were (a) cute and (b) perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and all the things you need when you cook meals, but forget to bring on trips. There's a stove, microwave, blender, and coffee pot at your disposal, plus a knife block & cutting board and tons of cutlery, plates, and glasses. The bathroom was well stocked, and you have use of a washer and dryer. You have a great view of the pool and lagoon, and access to the unit is super easy via a code Angie provides you before arrival. Everything was pretty much perfect and I cannot wait to return to 306 CP! If you have a small group or family, or if it's just you sneaking away to treat yo’self, this spot is perfect for your needs. Close enough to the main drag of Gulf Shores that it's a five minute drive to lots of food and entertainment options, but far enough away that you get the full effect of a chill beach vacation. I can't recommend this property and Angie enough!!!

My husband and I are both native Alabamians. We have been married for 38 years and have 3 children, 3 son and daughter's in-laws, and four beautiful grandchildren. ( about to be 5 in August!) Our lives are centered around faith, family, and friends. The beach has always been a favorite vacation spot for us, and we are very excited to share our property in Gulf Shores with you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Compass Point is located on West beach on the Lagoon side. It is very quiet and peaceful, and only a short walk to the beach. We looked at many different properties, but just kept coming back to Compass Point. The views are beautiful, and the grounds are very manicured with live oaks. Everyone is friendly, and we just have a sense of peace when we are there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Compass Point is unique because you have so many options available. The beach is a short walk, the lagoon is great for fishing or boating (places to dock boats), quiet streets are good for walking or biking, and there is a pool for swimming. Our balcony overlooks the pool, and the sunsets are beautiful.
