Mignon 4ème étage 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain condo avec piscine extérieure et vue sur la baie. Cette unité est calme et parfaite pour les familles pour créer des souvenirs de plage durables. Cette unité est nette et très propre.

Super endroit! À pied de la plage, promenade, Jolly Rogers, boutiques, supérette pour les épiceries légères, restaurants et bars. Calme pêche / crabe derrière le condo. La location et la location de sport nautique sont également derrière le condo. Internet, câble.

* S'il vous plaît noter: Les serviettes et les draps ne sont pas fournis. ** Le bâtiment n'a pas d'ascenseur (seulement des escaliers) et est situé au 4ème étage. *** Les grillades ne sont pas autorisées sur la propriété en raison des lois sur les incendies. Des barbecues publics et des aires de pique-nique sont disponibles à Northside Park, à l'angle de la 125e rue.
**** Un espace de stationnement gratuit pour condo est garanti avec le forfait stationnement / stationnement remboursable. La somme de 50 USD est remboursée une fois que la carte de stationnement est confirmée et restituée à la fin de votre séjour (le traitement du remboursement prend 1 semaine) Le stationnement sur la rue latérale est également disponible sur les 32e et 33e rues pour un stationnement supplémentaire.

Overall a great stay at the condo

Really clean and it was nice having kitchen space as well. Was located close to the main road but far enough back you got no road noise.

Amazing location and view

Probably one of the best places to watch the sunset in Ocean City! The condo is clean, well decorated and the kitchen was stocked with small items like coffee and condiments. The beach and many restaurants are only a couple minutes away. The owner is very attentive and can be reached easily.

1 bedroom condo with a great view in a fantastic location

Condo was very clean and an excellent fit for my family of 4. The location was perfect; a couple minute walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby, Jolly Rogers a short walk. The view of the bay from the balcony was great especially during the sunset. The pool is small, but great for young kids and wasn't very crowded. Appliances could use updating but they were serviceable. Sophy was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Happy overall- 1 minor (major) issue

The description of the condo was very accurate except for one minor thing—and for us it was a major thing. The condo was definitely NOT a non-smoking condo. The smell of smoke was undeniably evident. We tried airing the rooms out, sprayed febreeze, etc…but the smell of dull leftover smoke never faded. We had to leave the fan on in the bathroom constantly bc it was extremely strong in that smaller space. Great location, but for non-smokers this was really miserable. Itchy eyes and all of our items came home smelling of smoke. This is clearly a unit that gets smoked inside regularly (hence the ash tray in the utensil drawer). Everything else was accurately described—this major thing (smoking unit) should have been too.

Perfectly convenient and a Great place to hang your hat!

Last minute trip and we found this condo! It was located near the convention center where we were doing a show. The condo was clean and accommodating for our family of 5. Had all amenities to stay in and eat, and close enough to walk to many local restaurants or to get up early and sneak a peak at the sunrise. Sunsets were perfect too from the 4th floor! !

The property was just as listed. It was perfect for us and very close to everything Ocean City has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet, which is what we wanted. Sophy was great to deal with and easy to contact. Would reccommend!

Disappointed

The location was great. But otherwise we were pretty disappointed. We were not notified until after we booked that the pool will be closed due to Covid. And while we can understand that- there were pools open every other place it should’ve been informed prior to booking. There was also not a single towel/linen. And while the listing noted that I didn’t think that we needed things like hand towels or bath mats! There were no remotes in any of the batteries and there was also not connecting cables from DVD players to TVs we had to go get our own! The shower pressure and head is horrible so you don’t get clean after the beach. The fridge and freezer is horrible (none of our popsicles would freeze). BUT Our biggest issue was we paid an extra fee for a special Covid cleaning and the place was filthy!! Then the renter refused to give us that money back. While the location was good I would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

A week in OC

Pros The condo was neat and clean. A nice view of the harbor form the outdoor porch. The owner was helpful and kept in contact in a reasonable manner. Fairly well located in town. 3 blocks to the beach an easy walk and far enough off the main road The boardwalk starts 5 blocks down which makes biking a nice means of transportation There is a pool onsite not that was not not deep enough for me mostly for children Cons A 4th floor walk up (nothing that can be fixed) Construction of what appears to be a new condo right next door Yes it can sleep 5-6 but this required a bunk bed In the bedroom that makes getting in and out of the bed a challenge especially in the AM when your just waking up. The central air conditioning unit is right next to the bedroom and is quite noisy and startling when it fires up in the middle of the night.

Short Walk to Beach, Quiet and Off the Strip

Sophy's place was fantastic. It was close to many, many OC amenities, restaurants, and the beach. The condo building is a couple blocks off Philadelphia Ave which is allows the place to be relatively quiet. We had no problems inside the condo.

What a wonderful place, such an amazing view!

The location was so conveniently close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I got to do a bit of fishing and crabbing on the a nearby pier in the evening, it was pure relaxation. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space. It was just a perfect week, definitely going to book this unit again next year!

We love it when our guest can make memorable Ocean City experiences with their kids like we do with our kids while staying in our condo.
