Une fois que vous aurez garé votre voiture, vous n'y retournerez jamais! Cette maison est située dans une rue calme au cœur de Capitola Village et à seulement quelques pas de la plage, des boutiques pittoresques, des restaurants superbes, des vues à couper le souffle et de toute la musique live et des libations que l'on pourrait demander.

Cette maison confortable dispose d'une chambre avec un lit double. Un canapé convertible queen est dans le salon. Le loft avec puits de lumière est un endroit idéal pour les enfants avec leur propre T. V. et Playstation 2. Il y a aussi un lit double pour dormir.

Tout est rénové et fraîchement peint avec de nouveaux draps et serviettes de qualité. Les nombreuses fenêtres et la nouvelle porte moustiquaire gardent tout aéré et lumineux. Si vous préférez rester, il y a une cuisine moderne complète.

Breezy Beach Retreat

This cute home in the heart of the village is perfect for a couple or small family. It is well equipped and very cozy. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft, unlike so many hotels! The house is extremely clean and our hosts were kind and easy to work with. Instructions were very clear and the small touches they added made our stay feel extra special. We will definitely book again.

Capitola village gem!

My family and I love this house and the location is perfect. Once you park there is no need to drive. We’ve been coming to this house each summer for a few nights for the last couple years and we definitely plan on returning. The owner is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Boardwalk and beach getaway

This home and Shelly the host are 10/10. The location can’t be beat and she has every detail covered inside. She communicates well and is such a sweet lady. We had the best time exploring Capitola and Santa Cruz and can’t wait to make this an annual trip :) Thanks Shelly!

Tiny place with an awesome location

Stayed 3 nights and never feft Capitola. Took our 2 adn 5 year old girls to the beach every day. Got lucky upon arriving to get a spot in front of the rental. The place is fine but the full size bed barely fits in the bedroom. Cannot beat the location though.

My family and I had an awesome time in the Capitola village. The house is in the perfect location and it’s very clean and comfortable. Such a nice gem! The owner is amazing to work with. We definitely plan on returning again!

Best little accommodation in Capitola!

The beach house is cozy and faces the old architecture as you exit. Its on a fairly quite street with pleanty of windows to let in the breeze and so near the beach. There are wonderful eateries and shopping. The cottage had thoughtful features such as the most comfortable bed and softest sheets, saltwater taffy on the coffee table, television if thats your thing, its our thing to wind down from the day. Its darling clean and the host is so wonderful. When we visit again, we wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else! On behalf of my husband and myself, thank you so very much for sharing your home and hospitality!

Capitola Getaway

This home is perfectly located for anyone that wants to enjoy Capitola, and the Santa Cruz area. Aside from its terrific location, this house had all the amenities to make you feel comfortable and at home. It was also great to have the parking pass, which allowed on-street or garage parking, as it can be very difficult these days to find parking in Capitola. We would do it all over again if returning to Capitola.

Lovely, very clean and walking distance to the beach and downtown.

My children and I enjoyed a weekend at the beach in this cute house. With the loft it was like a 2 bedroom with 3 full beds to choose from. The owner was easy to reach and answered all my questions. The kitchen is well stocked and has a gas stove. Starbucks coffee provided! My kids enjoyed the goldfish crackers and popcorn waiting for us on the kitchen table. We borrowed their boogie boards. It was nice not to have to pack them in our stuffed car. The bath towels are thick and luxurious Overall one of the nicest places I’ve rented. Thank you!

Cute small house, walk to capitola

We arrived on Thursday and drove the Shadowbrook for dinner. Could have walked! Drove to Gayle's Bakery one morning which was amazing. The bed is a full size, there is no dishwasher, nowhere to put luggage. We didn't spend much time there, but it is well appointed and comfortable. I did not attempt the stairs into the loft, but my sister in law said their kids loved it up there. It was good for my husband and I. It was a busy weekend in capitola. Parking was a bit stressful, but was ok. We never had to walk very far. It was nice and cool so house was perfect temperature with the fan. Host was very welcoming and we had no issues. Everything was good!

Needed getaway

Myself and two daughters headed to Capitola for a last minute getaway. My youngest was just home after 3yrs away in Okinawa in the Navy. Her leave was approved last minute - and this was her birthday (after 4away from us!). We were going further north but after the storms felt we would come back to Capitola to give one of our favorite places some love! Shelly was quick and easy to work with and we were delighted to get somewhere that fit us, in the village at such short notice! Everything was just what was needed. Such a well positioned base for five sunny beach days. The cottage was so clean, had all we needed and was just perfect for our week. The kitchen was well stocked - even a waffle maker! (No kettle for this Scottish mother! But with all else we cannot complain about that!) We had a little problem but Shelly was so gracious to us and accepting! Shelly was quick to respond, and at the same time gave us room to enjoy. She messaged to say our checkin and out times were flexible as her cleaning crew times allowed us more time. Really great stay and made great memories

Perfect Beach Cottage

This is our second trip/stay in Capitola in a couple years. Both times we lucked out and got this great little cottage. Shelly was super welcoming and available to help us at every turn. The home is tiny but has everything you need for your stay near the beach. We are a family of 4 and stayed comfortably for 5 days. It is a one bedroom and there is not a lot of space in the room but there is also a loft space with another bed. You have to climb a latter but once up there there is plenty of room to move about. When our boys were small (a few years ago) one of us stayed up there with them in the night. This time they are 9yo and 6yo and they were happy to stay by themselves up stairs and had no problems getting up and down (it was actually a lot of fun for them). The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need (but food) and Shelly even has some beach chairs and boogie boards to loan. There are also TV's in every room. This home is one block from the main road with shops and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved just leaving the car and walking everywhere. Kids are ready to move to Capitola! Highly recommend!

Cutest and convenient place to stay!

Cute place. Cozy for single or couple. Convenient walk right into Capitola Village and Beach area shops and restaurants. Would definitely want to stay again! The host (Shelly) was easy to communicate with. That always helps! Loved it. Thank You!

Memorable

The cottage was absolutely the best. Shelly the property owner was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions quickly. The condo was well stocked and had top notch appliances and kitchenware. We would highly recommend this property. The condo was a stones throw away from everything …. Shopping , restaurants and the beach. Like Shelly said. Literally park your car and never drive till you leave. First time in Capitola but not the last. You have to make Shadowbrook Restaurant a goal to eat at. We did … 2 nites in a row. This property got an A++++ grade from us. We’ll be definetly coming back to Capitola and Staying at this property. Capital Location

Walking distance from town shopping and beaches, and access to bike trails, Santa Cruz and close to freeway this little hideaway is perfect for a couple and small family. Although it advertises for 4, the loft space is high and small. There is no outdoor space in this beach bungalow. The kitchen was well stocked, sofa bed seemed comfortable, and whole house was spotless. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a comfortable and relaxing one in this very special town.
