Cette luxueuse propriété sur plusieurs niveaux surplombant la vallée dispose de deux logements distincts: un 3BR / 3. 5BA maison principale, et une élégante maison d'hôtes 1BR / 1BA + Loft. La retraite idéale pour les grands groupes et les familles voyageant ensemble.

Située à quelques pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Napa et d'Oxbow, cette superbe location constitue un emplacement de choix pour des restaurants, des boutiques et des dégustations de classe mondiale.

A great place for a big group vacation!

We stayed in this beautiful rental location while running the Napa Half Marathon and could not have asked for a better experience! The home and its views are absolutely stunning and it is spacious and homey. I hope we get to stay here again as this will likely become an annual tradition! Would highly recommend staying here and renting the guest house if you are a large crew!

Amazing Propery!

This property is exactly as described. It’s beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the balconies and watching the sun set and rise. Early in the morning, we saw turkey’s and deer walking through the back yard. This house plus the guest house is perfect for large groups. My family of 10 felt like we had a ton of room. It was spotless clean when we got there. The property manager called me before we got there just to give me an update. I highly recommend booking this for your Napa stay! It’s very close to everything.

Great visit. Would recommend it to anyone. Need to address a couple of issues Guest house shower door doesn’t close. Master sink is too slow and needs a Drano treatment

Great Location! Great Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Napa every year for my wife's birthday. Our group continues to grow. We had 5 adult couples and chose this house for location and the ability to accommodate 5 couples. The main house was great. There are multiple decks and each deck had a great view of the valley. We spent many mornings on the deck enjoying our coffee, the views and the wild turkeys in the woods below. The location of this house could not be much better. It is located in the Coombsville area or very close to it. There are not many vacation rentals in Napa so this one is pretty awesome. I would say the only drawback to this house would be the loft in the guest house. My friend is around 6 feet tall and he would have to duck in some areas to avoid hitting his head. We will definitely stay here again!For customer service, I give high praises. We cooked dinner every night and we did not have propane for the grill. The property manager had 2 full tanks delivered in less than 10 minutes. FYI, the grill is in great shape and maintained very nicely. It was clean and ready to go.

The amenities are well-maintained, and the overall ambiance creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages quality family time. In addition to the stunning views, the host's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. From easy check-in procedures to helpful local recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure our time there was enjoyable.

Excellent Space for large group

Stunning views, clean place, responsive host, great location (uphill from downtown NAPA) and a 40-min drive from 99% of all wineries in NAPA. We had a group of 10 adults and everyone enjoyed the place. One tiny matter (no fault of owner) is that it is a really steep downhill/uphill to drive into the parking area. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this rental. It was a short drive to downtown Napa and Oxbow with lots of options for food. The house is many levels and perfect for our group. Several areas to break away for small talk, plenty of open space and tables and chairs to chat/play games/eat. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed with a nice big island perfect for a charcuterie food layout. The driveway was very steep and not very fun to navigate with multiple cars (in the rain no less). Not really a negative, just be aware. We rented both the house and guest house so all the cars were in our party. I can imagine otherwise it would have been a bit complicated when cars blocked each other. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the balconies as it rained the whole time, but the views are amazing. The downstairs bathroom in the main house needs privacy on the window ~ can see in from the driveway. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great layout for girls’ getaway

Beautiful views and amenities that were a nice touch. Having toiletries in shower for each bathroom and a refreshment basket were appreciated. We also had the adjoining guest house with the main house which we loved for our group of friends who travel to reunite annually.

Great property for visiting the Napa area. Quiet neighborhood, had all the right amenities and proximity to the vineyards. Driveway was a touch challenging to navigate, but overall great experience, great views

Amazing Views, great location

We enjoyed this property so much, the view is absolutely incredible, the neighborhood was easy to navigate to downtown, nice and clean! We didn’t use the guest house because only had 6 people, but checked it out and it was very nice as well! We would definitely stay here again! Quick responses to all the messages!
