The Space:
Newly remodeled home, this professionally managed and rare vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped -- with designer-quality finishes and elegant furniture throughout.
This modern home can comfortably accommodate up to seven (7) guests ~ perfect for three couples or families. It boasts 3 master suites, all with their own private full-bath and king-size beds. Moreover, it has an open kitchen with a dining and family room.
Highlights and other amenities include:
* Swimming Pool - Heating Optional
* Hot tub
* Spacious common areas
* Complimentary Wi-Fi
* In-unit washer & dryer
Additional sleeping arrangement:
* Futon located in upstairs master bedroom perfect for children
* The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper.
Very close and just a 10-minute walk from downtown Napa -- you will surely have a fantastic time during your stay...

* Guest will have access to the entire home.
* The driveway allows parking for up to two vehicles.
* Street parking is available only after driveway parking is full. Our Permit requires Parking INSIDE the driveway for 2 vehicles.

We do not allow any kind of parties. Disruptive noise levels between the quiet hours of 10pm - 9am will not be tolerated. We have installed an outdoor security camera and noise meters to prevent such activity.
