MAISON, 3 CHAMBRES, 2 SALLES DE BAINS, (6 personnes)

Élégant 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison fermée sur 1 acre. Cette élégante maison est baignée de lumière naturelle, de beaux meubles et de finitions. Salon principal a une impression d'ouverture grandiose avec des plafonds voûtés (salon, salle à manger, cuisine, salle familiale) donnant sur quatre ensembles de portes françaises sur la cour arrière. Backyard dispose d'un patio avec barbecue, piscine, grande pelouse où les activités de plein air peuvent être dégustés. Vues du mont George, des arbres et des vignes. La propriété se trouve à 5 minutes de route de Silverado Country Club et dans la rue de la Napa Valley Country Club. En outre, seulement 5 minutes de route de Trancus Road, où vous pouvez trouver tous vos besoins de la ville (grandes cible, hôpitaux, aliments entiers, Trader Joes, ets.). Emplacement et le style sont les deux grand chose sur la propriété ... très proche de tout avec une sensation de pays très isolé. Il propose également: deux lieux de l'incendie, 60 pouces plasma dans la salle familiale, 40 pouces plasma dans la chambre principale. La chambre principale a une grande baignoire, une douche à vapeur, balcon donnant sur la cour d une Mt. George. 2 autres chambres disposent de lits queen size avec une salle de bain complète à l'étage principal. Cette propriété est conçue pour une expérience calme et relaxante dans la vallée de Napa et ne favorise pas une "atmosphère de fête". .

Wonderful Property

The inside of the house is beautiful as well as spacious and comfortable. The outside is also very inviting and relaxing especially to sit outside in the evening with your friends and family and enjoy some delicious Napa wine!

Napa Jazz Fest

We attended the jazz fest at Silverado, which Is about 2 miles away. Palmaz vineyard about a mile. House is gorgeous with an over the top patio, pool and view. Kitchen well equipped and the furniture and art are way above norm. Host came right away when AC was on fritz and it was repaired within hours. Just a great experience.

Wonderful place to spend time with family.

Patty was a wonderful host and the house is a beautiful, open floor plan with plenty of windows and sunlight. It is located in a peaceful, quiet setting, and the backyard is very private. It rained while we were there, so we weren't able to use the pool, but we can see it would be an awesome place to spend some time poolside. The master bedroom is very private, and the two other bedrooms share a clean bathroom. The home has convenient proximity to retail, town, and many wineries. We really enjoyed our time. ~Mary Jo

beautiful house great communication with owner lovely outdoors

We had a great time coming from the Netherlands and East coast in this beautiful house for our son’s wedding , we had an unexpected extra guest and Patty was very gracious about that however ....the house is not really set up and prepared to be a VRBO home , it looked like the family just left in a hurry before we came in , the only empty space was the refrigerator, freezer totally full , medication in kitchen drawers etc., There was no space in the bedroom closets or bathrooms or drawers for our belongings ( we came for 8 days ) they were just totally stuffed with personal belongings , baby toys , diapers , shoes in the drawers etc ,it made it almost uncomfortable at times . The lights at the pool ( beautiful) are going on at night around 12 PM ( timer ?) it makes it hard to sleep in the master bedroom since there are no curtains that block that light . Hopefully this comment will be taken as helpful to the owners it would be a fantastic VRBO property ones all the personal stuff is cleaned out before paying guest move in .

Not price reflective.

We were not feeling real great about what we paid per night for what we got. I have pictures of issues, not and it would have been good to mention the master bathtub was broken. I am a bath girl and part of what I look for when I go out of town is a nice bath tub, so to find out yours was broken was very disappointing. Second big issue was the ants. We are very clean yet there were ants all over the kitchen counter top each morning and when we got back the first night and there was not even any food other than your cornucopia (which we had to throw the fruit away that was rotten in it) and your pantry had hundreds of ants crawling around as well. Broken disposal, broken washing machine. Dirty qtip in master bath, air filter needs to be changed, diaper in plant outside, ripped up chair out on patio. I can deal with “tricky doors and understand about water usage when on a well, but At the price we paid things should have been impeccable. We chose your space based on your description and at this time your description is not accurate.

Perfect Napa Getaway

We stayed with friends for a long weekend stay. The house and pool was fantastic. The owner was very communicative and hospitable. Highly recommend. Hope to stay here again in future.

This was a fantastic home for a girls weekend! Patty was a terrific host and made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The pool was warm and welcoming and the property was private and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Nestled in the hills

Beautiful property in the hills . Gorgeous yard and home with plenty of room for everyone . Pool a plus and did yoga outside looking out at the peaceful scenery .

Lovely time in wine country

This house is so ideally located with easy access to the Napa and Sonoma areas. The host is lovely - she also runs an Inn in town, so hospitality is very much something she does professionally and very well.

Awesome Napa Place

Perfect getaway during shelter-in-place. Great location, great house, and awesome backyard with nice pool, etc. Did lots of pool time, grilling, eating outside, etc. Really enjoyed staying here and enjoying Napa. Very quiet street, neighbors have small on property vineyard, big vineyard just houses down. Close to Napa River trail for biking, etc. Just great.

Patty was very nice and her home is beautiful.

The home was beautiful with a big beautiful backyard and a nice clean pool. Location is everything. The home was 10mins away from downtown Napa about 20mins from Yountville. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. You really do feel like you in the middle of wine country. Patty made wast to contact, she answered all our questions and even reached out a day in advance to see what time we will be arriving. She let us check in early and walked us through the whole house.

Wonderful Place for a Napa stay.

Great property, great location and great wine. How can you do better for a trip of three couples visiting Napa. Only comment, if you are uncomfortable with stairs the stairs to the master bedroom are steep. Backyard patio and pool area are lovely. I would recommend for anyone.

Such a beautiful home ! We had a great stay and would definitely come back !

Loved the house and great pool. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen to cook in , and a grocery store is only 10 minutes drive. Nice neighbourhood to go for a walk too

Beautiful house, great location

The house was open and airy and decorated like Restoration Hardware. The kitchen was beautiful with high end appliances and a huge island. The backyard and patio area was so nice with a pool that overlooked the mountains with lots of seating options. The 2nd floor master bedroom was very large with a wall of French doors leading out to a big balcony that also overlooked the mountains. The location was great to vineyards and restaurants and also Trader Joe’s to stock the kitchen. Would definitely go back again!

Gorgeous oasis in coombsville

Very clean and open home with all the amenities you and your guests could want. Great pool and outdoor space as well as a huge kitchen to cook and eat around. Close to downtown and pretty much everything.
