À propos de cet hébergement

Profitez de notre condo Kihei Kai Nani avec toutes les commodités. Notre condo climatisé au premier étage est situé à seulement une minute de la célèbre plage de Kamaole 2. Le condo offre tant d'avantages, dont le moindre n'est pas la climatisation pour vous garder à l'aise pendant votre séjour. La laveuse et la sécheuse évitent aux clients les inconvénients et les dépenses liés à l'utilisation des machines à pièces par le bureau. Un signal WiFi puissant dessert l'ensemble de l'unité, et nous avons deux téléviseurs à écran plat offrant un service de câble dans le salon et la chambre. En tant que nouveaux propriétaires, nous sommes en train de moderniser le condo au besoin. Pour votre usage (et le nôtre!) nous venons d'installer un nouveau frigo (novembre 2017).

Notre maison hawaïenne est parfaitement située pour que vous puissiez profiter des plages de Kihei. Une cuisine complète, y compris micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et tous les appareils, vous permet de préparer des repas à la maison. Ou vous pouvez dîner dans l'un des nombreux excellents restaurants qui sont à proximité ici à Kihei - certains de nos favoris à quelques pas de l'allée Kihei Kai Nani.

Notre condo d'une chambre se sent beaucoup plus grand que de nombreuses unités Kihei Kai Nani, qui ne bénéficient pas d'une pelouse, comme nous. Pendant que vous vous détendez sur la véranda sur des meubles en teck confortables et beaux, la pelouse avant s'étend au-delà du patio, offrant un confort et un espace verts inhabituels parmi les unités d'une chambre du complexe.

Best time

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days and we found it fantastic. Near restaurants and beaches. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, to an umbrella and a cooler for drinks. The condo was clean and well set up. Yes it had ac and it worked fantastically. The washer and dryer was great as well. The fridge had an ice maker and even some cold packs for the cooler. We will definitely try and rent again from here for future visits.Mahalo

Perfect stay

Condo is in an excellent location, near to beaches, shopping and dining. All of it within walking distance. The unit is well equipped with all you need from all kitchen items to beach chairs and towels.

Great location

Easy walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property manager was great to work with as we needed to extend our stay by 4 nights. We would rate this property at a 4.5. Very little hot water in the shower and since we don’t use streaming services, we had very limited access to TV programs.

The hosts were quick to respond on any questions I had. They had plenty of additional amenities that were helpful i.e., beach chairs, cooler, beach towels.... I would definitely stay there again.

My quiet retreat

I enjoyed having this condo during our family get-together. It gave me a quiet retreat where I had all the luxuries of home and could still walk along the adjacent beach or pick up coffee in a local store. A good location to walkable stores as well as the beach.

Spring break getaway

Nice quiet place. Condo is at back of property so didn’t hear traffic noise. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here in the future:)

Condo was well kept. It has everything we needed. Check in was easy. Great location, close to beaches. Shopping and dining were in walking distance from condo. Condo was set back from South Kihei road, so not much traffic noise, but close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing. Pool was great.

A lovely spot for a relaxing vacation

This little condo has everything. Great location, comfortable and cozy, friendly neighbours and a perfect spot to relax. The owners were a delight to rent from. 1 small issue was dealt with right away and the owners stayed in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Perfect Kihei location

Everything you want for a beach stay. Location is super easy to walk to everything including beach. Description is accurate. WiFi spotty. Pool is fine. But I come to Maui to be 90% of my time outside.

The property is nice. Excellent pool. Great location and quiet. The unit is due for some upgrades and some instructions on usage of TV and AC would be helpful and welcoming. Perfectly fine unit. Fan only in bedroom so this room never really cools down.

Finding this condo unit in the dark was not fun. The number 8 on the building is hidden behind palm branches. It is not well lit from the front. Overall we enjoyed the unit. Very nice having the washer and dryer!

Kihei Kai Nani #160

We were here for Oct, Nov 2022. We appreciate Kihei Kai Nani for the easy beach access and central position for getting to the other beaches up and down the coast. The complex is older, meaning the landscaping is traditional and mature. Pool is great. Management is very professional. Parking is free here. The unit meets our expectations, lots of cookware, up to date TV's and internet. The owners kept in touch with us with the few questions asked by us. All good, no surprises or complaints.

I loved that the beach was walking distance from the condo and that beach towels, chairs and umbrella were privided. The place was clean and well equipped for us to cook meals and do laundry. I would reccommend the Host to make sure there is enough toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo for guest to use. The number 8 is missing on the buildung so it was hard to locate. Also please let future guest know which unit they should enter upon arrival. I had to call Host for info since it was not listed in directions for check in.

Condo requires updates

The condo requires various updates. Furniture is quite old. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty. They definitely require deep cleaning. Other rooms require deep cleaning as well. The window screens are not tight and caused many bugs to be in the condo. We faced several bugs each day (even though we did not leave any food in the condo). Checkin and checkout were convenient. The condo is placed in a good location (next to various shops, beach across the street)

This was a mistake

This is not a good place to stay. And it is misrepresented. They send a photo of the patio but don't tell you that it overlooks the parking lot with a view of the dumpster and garbage trucks in the morning. The 'condo' is a dark room with a kitchen table and four chairs, a lumpy sofa and a rusty stove. No comfortable chair or anything to sit on and watch TV. The complex itself is on a very busy street with access and departure very difficult. The pool is a cement slab with no shade except for small gazebos which the residents reserve early each day with towels &c. No umbrellas, no foliage...really unpleasant.

Solo in Maui

The property was easy to find. The check in process was quick. The property itself is across the street from the Ocean, but the unit is the furthest back from the street. This puts it about a city block away. The unit itself was fine. Nothing special, but was quite fine for my stay. The one bedroom apartment had a lot of little and big bug critters that accumulated on the floors throughout the week. I am assuming this would be the case for any unit on Maui. The room was treated prior to my stay, so the bugs all died during their visit. There were many different kind, but mostly potato bugs and tiny ants in the bathroom. It was extremely hot in the bedroom even with the fan on high. I tried sleeping in the living room with the air-conditioned on, but the couch is old and cushions kept sinking into it. The biggest issue was that all my, and most,, excursions are an hour away. For me, it was a hassle as I had 2 excursions a day most days. I would have to get up extremely early and often didn't go back until very late depending on what I was doing. It did not give me time to enjoy the beach or pool here in Kihei. I did have an amazing trip nonetheless! All for solo vacations now! Best regards~

We are long-time friends -- an internet librarian and a youth counselor -- who have known each other for years and now have been able to make our dreams of a Maui home come true. Each of us looks forward to staying in the condo with our own families and friends and hope you enjoy our Maui home as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our families have stayed in Kihei Kai Nani since we were small; and many of our favorite memories have taken place right here, in these fantastic gardens and on the green lawn in front of Building 8, definitely playing in the surf of Beach 3 and snorkeling at the point directly in front of Kihei Kai Nani by Kamaole 2 Beach Park.

We really like the fact that Condo 160 is at the rear of Kihei Kai Nani in Building 8, where it is quiet, and that it opens onto the green lawn. The beach is only a minute away, and we have our own place away from the bustle. The condo is clean and comfortable. It is restful and makes a wonderful, centrally located home- away-from-home for a memorable visit to the island.
