A zen style paradise, it boasts an extraordinary Lanai, open to living, dining and guest spaces. This private oasis features ample outdoor spaces, and private areas perched above the expansive Aliso Beach. The elevated living space is generously proportioned, offering three bedrooms, an entertainment/guestroom and three baths, with many spaces providing breathtaking ocean views.
The master bedroom space includes a full office space separated from the sleeping quarters by a 2-sided fireplace. A spacious deck with spectacular white-water views offers yet another private oasis. The master bath provides the flawless ending to a perfect day with the Japanese style bath with steam shower and jetted tub decorated with tranquil art and fine finishes.
Designed for longer term stays, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized laundry facilities, and driveway parking for four vehicles. The neighborhood, the beach cottage when we first bought the place and Laguna Beach have an abundance of charm in an environment that is second to none.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Despite many remodels throughout the years and constant updates, the original charm from the beach cottage days radiates through the warm exposed timbers to the original stone fireplace. Newer updates like the open Lanai and steam shower make coming home from long travels joyful and calming. We are truly lucky to be living here.
