Just across from the lake, there are views of the lakes through the trees, and is a short walk to the shore. Things to know
• Use of outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
• Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
• This home does not have AC
• Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
House rules
• This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $35 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.
• Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
• We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud
