The condo was super clean upon our arrival and appeared exactly how it looks in the photos online! We loved that the beds were king sized and large for our family. The open kitchen, dining and living room allowed us to all be together the entire time. In-room laundry facilities were very convenient! Double sinks in the primary room was great. The view is incredible! Only "flags" to note are: no A/C, so we used fans in every room to keep the temperatures tolerable during the evening/nighttime, showers were a bit awkward with the showerheads not being moveable, no chairs on the balcony, so if you want to sit outside then bring portable lawn chairs, and no working ice machine in the fridge, so bring a bag of ice to get you started while you use their ice trays to produce your own ice each day. We highly recommend this property and enjoyed it!
Location was convenient for a quick ski trip. Easy (heated!) parking and a short walk to the lifts at Peak 9. Condo was large and had everything we needed.
This condo has the perfect combination of a balcony with excellent views of the mountains to the west of Breck as well as a great view of the courtyard/plaza of the Main Street Station area. The only inconvenience was that as a west facing condo, it takes a while to cool off in the evening on warmer days. Definitely would stay in this unit again.
Close and convenient to all activities. The unit had more than enough room for my family. The ski valet was a great feature along with the pools and hot tubs. The jet tub in the unit had pink algae in the jets so we didnât use it. Two recommendations for the owner and management - upgrade the TVs, they are very small and change out the mattresses - they are hard and showing their ages.
The property itself was great, but it was in such a loud location!! We could hear bar music and patrons until 2am. The traffic noise was also terrible all day and night. We had to sleep with earplugs in. I would not stay here again just due to the noise. The lack of A/C was a problem too, very little breeze came through the windows. Stayed uncomfortably warm during the day.
Situated right at the base of Peak 9, this Main Street Station condo was incredibly convenient to getting to the slopes. The ski valet (Charter Sports) was an added bonus. We took the shuttle from the airport and walked to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we cooked in two of the seven nights we were there. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a plus and meant that we didn't have to pack as much clothing. The condo was spacious and clean. We had a view of the slopes and QuickSilver superchair. The only negative was that I had to walk down to the check-in building (0.7 miles away) to drop off the room keys and then walk back to Main Street Station to wait for our airport shuttle.
This unit does not have AC. When we arrived the unit was over 80 degrees. Outside cools down at night but it is a very noisy area, making it very difficult to sleep with the windows open. One bed room only had a small window, so it never cooled down.
The young lady at the check in desk was rude and seemed to hate her job.
This property is managed by a larger property group, had I known this I would not have booked. The unit was nice and clean and a good location for the winter.
Fees associated with this rental were crazy high on this unit as well.
Check in process was easy as they allowed us to check in and out at the same building the property was at even though the main office is up the road (a bit of a walk or a 5 min drive if you Uber or have your own car). Allowed for a late checkout too. Getting from the lobby to the room on arrival was a bit challenging as the buildings arenât connected and it was a bit of a walk with all our luggage but once you get installed itâs an easy access to everything on Main Street (restaurants, shops, snow rental stuff, etc). Didnât use all the supplies they had though cause it didnât seem fully clean (some pillows and blankets had hair on them and some questionable stains) and didnât use the humidifier they had cause it seems dirty and full of dust. Overall nice place though, would stay again.
I can't say enough good things about the location and the views. If you want to be able to walk to town or the lift alike, this is the place for you. The views are incredible - the mountain is practically inside the rental, it's so close! The unit is clean and has plenty of room but could use a little updating in my opinion. For example, the kind bed sagged in the middle and was not very comfortable. You need to supply your own coffee, and only one load of laundry's-worth of detergent was provided.
Communication on the day of check-in was also unsatisfactory. I found the unit on VRBO but was directed to the front desk for early check-in requests. I called every few hours to check the status and was told it would probably be 4pm each time. I can't fault anyone for this because that is the check-in time. But when we went to the hotel to check for the last time at 3:30pm, we were told by the front desk they have no way to know when the room is ready but they could give us our keys and we could go check ourselves. We arrived to find the unit was ready and no one was cleaning it. I'm not sure how the same front desk that told me it wouldn't be ready until 4pm also doesn't have any way of knowing when it will be ready. I would not book with this company again just because communication and customer service are the most important things to me.
Warmer in afternoon and evening than expected.
One window in second bedroom needs fixing so it closes.
Sink in primary bathroom is backed up.
Parking was limited in yellow zone due to a leak in ceiling area which resulted in getting two parking tickets which they, the town, did not override when I disputed the bill. Should have told management but since there were tons of open spots, I assumed, foolishly, that they would understand.
We spent a couple days skiing, and the proximity to lifts and the price was great. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Weâll be back again.
Property unit was spacious but needed major upgrades. Carpet in flooring was stained and coming apart at the seam in the living room. Couch and chair were small and very old
But itâs in a great location with wonderful views
This property was great for our family of four. Can't beat the location and amenities. COVID constraints aside, we had everything we needed. Two negatives, (1) we had to pick up our check-in packet and keys at the rental office literally at the other end of town -- a real hassle without a car, (2) for some reason our keys kept deactivating, so we had to reset them at the front desk several times.
