Enjoy Breckenridge from this two bedroom, three (Full) bathroom condo. Walk down the street and cross the pond to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or walk another block to the south end of Main Street. Charming location directly on the Blue River with a private, in the woods feel. Each bedroom features two queen beds with an attached bathroom. Generous floorplan with third full bathroom and 1300sqft. Full kitchen. Gas fireplace. Columbine pool/hot tub access across the street, open seasonally.

Max Parking: 2 vehicles allowed in the outdoor parking lot. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will need to park at the Ice Rink Overnight pay Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
*Please note that overnight overflow parking in Breckenridge is limited.
Guests have access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm.
This location is closed fall and spring. As of 10/9/25 it is open for the winter season. Current planned pool closure dates:
Spring Maintenance 2026 4/27/2026 â TBD (around Memorial Day typically)
Fall 2025 maintenance closure was 9/15-10/9 so expect 2026 dates to be similar.
Provided Items:
âą The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
âą There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
